While I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, it was concerning that this wasn't mentioned or documented so we could monitor the area or seek treatment for potential infection, if necessary. My elderly mother, who picked up the dog, didn't notice the abrasions right away. When I saw her the next day, I immediately noticed both sides were cut. Upon speaking in person with the manager, she insisted it was just "allergies" and offered no apology or refund. This was very disappointing, especially since my mother recently moved here from South Carolina, where she had a groomer she absolutely loved and trusted. I would avoid this place given their lack of transparency and accountability.

Not only did they make my puppy calm and relaxed, but they put me at ease too. You can just tell that they are completely knowledgeable, and know their way around a dog. Even when I picked him up he was completely calm and didn't seem like he was traumatized at all. The place is older, but it is clean. My main concern, as with any loving pet owner, is that my puppy is treated with kindness. Both women were more than kind and lovely. I will be taking my boy back for more grooming in the future.

Blossom would not come out of kennel, like she was scared. I had to call her name twice. Olivia had eavesdropped on a phone call that dialed her by mistake. She made up a story that I said I talked down on her. So she told me she didn't want to groom Blissom anymore. What she said she heard was not true. I was very upset and uncomfortable. She was making up excuses to me. Just because she was upset with me, she didn't have to scare Blosson. Actually she did me a favor, her true colors came out. I told her she could ask my ride, to verify it wasn't true what she said. She refused to talk to him. I am 73 years old and have Bone on Bone arthritis everywhere. She was very rude.

After a little searching, I found this hidden gem tucked next to the RV lot on the corner of Valencia and Kolb, right across from the gas station. Honestly, it feels less like a grooming appointment and more like you're dropping your fur baby off at a birthday party. When I went to pick my dog up, I saw her interacting and playing with other dogs something I had never seen her do before. Of course, she didn't start whining until she saw me (classic), but it was the cutest thing. You could tell she felt completely comfortable and at ease. The ladies there are genuinely kind and welcoming. From drop-off to pick-up, they were warm, attentive, and clearly care about what they do. That matters. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a groomer who treats your dog like more than just an appointment slot.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Aussie when I scheduled a grooming appointment for my 4-month-old Goldendoodle. Initially, I had a positive experience with Kenya, but when I tried to reschedule with her, I was told that it wasn't possible, even though she supposedly does visits in my area frequently. Reluctantly, I scheduled with a different groomer. One frustration I had was that when scheduling, they only give you the day and not the specific time. They provide the time closer to the appointment date. I specifically requested a certain time frame when I would be available, and they noted it down. However, when the time came, the appointment was scheduled outside of the requested time frame. I had to adjust my own schedule since they couldn't make any changes unless I pushed the appointment back by a week. Unfortunately, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, nobody showed up at my door. It turns out that the groomer was running over an hour and a half behind schedule, which I couldn't accommodate. I had to reschedule for the following week regardless. In compensation for the inconvenience, they offered me a mere $10, which was only 5% of the charge. The following week, Bella arrived as the new groomer. She was friendly, but the grooming process took over 2.5 hours, and the end result didn't meet my expectations. My Goldendoodle didn't look like a typical doodle with the "teddy bear" cut that Kenya was able to achieve. Instead, she looked like she had a regular haircut. When I raised my concerns to the company, they explained that the extra time was supposed to ensure a perfect cut, but it fell short of that. It's worth mentioning that customers are charged per hour for the grooming service. Given the multiple excuses and the disappointing haircut, I am not inclined to reschedule unless Kenya is available as my groomer and they can accommodate my preferred time frame (a 6-hour window) each day or offer weekend appointments. I would not recommend Bella for a doodle cut. read more

Was new to the Southwest, having moved here from NYC, and was worried about where I would be getting my Yorkie/Silky groomed. In NYC she had been groomed for the last several years at a small salon where they groomed only one dog at a time, so she was used to peace and quiet and not having to wait in a cage. I visited a number of salons here and they were just madhouses of noise and activity. One day I was driving across Ina Road and found myself behind an Aussie Pet Mobile. That was the answer I was looking for! My dog has been groomed by them ever since. Dani (or Danni) is an excellent groomer and my dog always looks so fresh after she is groomed. I find their prices reasonable, they arrive on time, and are finished in no time at all. I would give them 5 stars, but that would leave no incentive to keep up the good work! read more

I was so pleased with Aussie's service and the convenience I had to write a review. I don't normally bother with this type of stuff, but I am excited I have found someone to take care of my girl. Jenni was my groomer and did a fantastic job. The total time my baby was away from me was only about an hour and she came out looking like a new pup. It had been awhile since I had her groomed and even though I brush her often I was afraid she might have to be done very short. Jenni told me that in my case I had done pretty well with brushing and the few knots she had she could easily get out. The price is a little higher than a shop, but that's to be expected since they do come to you and work only on your pet!! Thank you so much, will definitely be using you guys again. read more

I want to thank you for your hard work yesterday, accommodating Lily's needs. She looks beautiful and I know she feels better. After the grooming, she showed no signs of being stressed. She took a little nap and then I took her to the dog park for the first time in a number of months. I thought she was strong enough to go for a little while and she had a special group of friends (human) who were anxious to see her. Dealing with my border collies can be challenging at times but these folks handle them like true pros. The groomers have been extremely friendly and professional. Having them come to the house seems to put a lot less stress on my dogs compared to taking the to a groomers shop. Their vans are truly impressive, I've seen some pretty nasty grooming trucks in my time but their vans are extremely well kept and outfitted with better equipment than any I've ever seen. The outcome has always exceeded my expectations, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Five stars all the way Aussie!! read more

I decided to give them a chance again because I am disabled with MS and I have rescued a lab and still have my cat. So I called and mentioned how unhappy I was the last time and the lady said that groomer was no longer with them. So I booked an appointment forfor my cat and dog. She said 'we raised our prices' and gives me a bid for basically 200 each. No discount for the last robbery. I didn't say anything. Then I get a text from the GM of Aussie Pet saying they would only keep the appointments if I took down my negative Yelp review! read more

Wow is all I can say. We called they came and did amazing job. Did so good we set up a standing appt for our dogs. My dogs are not easy to groom and wash yet the 2 groomers we have had have no issues and the dogs go willingly to truck. We have very special needs due to our sons illness and they go over and above. WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER SERVICE. The fact that my dogs dont endure the stress of leaving house, being left at a groomer and the unknowns and having to go n get them I would pay 2x what they charge... read more

Aussie Pet Mobile groomers is the most excellent service group of people from Shannon to each of the wonderful groomers that have lovingly bathed and groomed my dogs. My furry friends actually greet the groomers enthusiastically each and every time. It's easy to see that each groomer is an animal lover with the affection and patience that they show every time they are here. Great first groom for our 8-month-old Coton de Tulear puppy. He came in looking all scruffy and came out looking like a show dog (and still does several days later!). The groomer, Tenae, was very sweet and patient with him and the pup looked like he enjoyed it. Ariel Berger does a spectacular job with our "geriatric" pup. Duchess is a 14 year old Pekingese...a hairy little mongrel! I love how Misti gets my Scnhauzer clean and beautiful. The fact that they are available weekends is great. My dog is older and temperamental, but Misti does a wonderful job and knows my dog well. I specifically asked for an outline trim and even made it clear that I wanted to maintain her natural shape. At no point did I ever say the word shave. Any experienced groomer should know that shaving a double-coated dog is harmful--it damages their natural heating and cooling system, and the coat may never grow back the same. It's been two months since this happened, and I've since taken her to a different groomer who was just as horrified. They told me that no real professional would ever shave a double coated dog. If they do, they probably never went to grooming school. My golden's beautiful coat may never grow back the way it was, and if it does, it could take years. I am heartbroken. If you love your dog, do not bring your double coated dog here.

This groomer does not require vaccinations nor does she check for vaccinations for the pets she grooms. I found that shocking upon setting up my appointment as every other groomer I have taken my Golden Retriever to requires them for safety/health reasons. 2. This business is ran out of a mobile home in a residential area. See photo below. 3. My Golden Retriever was infected with fleas after this grooming. He has never had fleas in his life. 4. I contacted the owner with concerns and she immediately dismissed my comment. She stated that he didn't get fleas from her business but it was possible he got fleas from another dog that she was grooming. I am happy to say my Golden is now happy and healthy. I ended up having to take him to the vet and another groomer and spend almost $300 dollars more to have this problem fixed. It was heartbreaking to see my little baby suffer. Please take all of these facts into consideration before taking your furbaby.
