We had scraped the side of our rear driver side door on our Model Y pulling into our garage. We took the car to another body shop and they completely botched the job - the paint was a complete mismatch and they had sanded the door down so badly that there were no body lines left. It was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed. We knew that we needed to take it somewhere that knew exactly how to handle a Tesla and restore it back to factory. Autocraft was exactly what we needed. They concluded that the previous work was so bad that we needed a new door. Once we decided to go with them, they promptly ordered the door for us and got us on their schedule. Tammie and Jaci were amazing. Our insurance initially didn't want to cover this because of the initial botched job, but Tammie fought for us the whole way and ran it all the way up the chain and got it approved. Amazing. On top of the above and beyond customer service, the work was flawless. They completely restored our Model Y back to factory. Don't make the mistake we did and use a non-Tesla approved body shop. Autocraft is the only choice.

I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.

I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver and needed to have my bumper replaced. The initial estimate was impressive, but I asked Adan if they could possibly reuse an existing chrome trim piece. There was a minor scratch on it, but considering my car is 8 years old, I thought it was worth trying to save some money. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready a couple of days later. They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. Experiencing a car accident is never fun, but these wonderful people made the repair process smooth and easy, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. It feels like having a friend who also runs an auto shop.

I was…read moreskeptical to begin with the level of workmanship and service I would receive and they didn't fail to live up to the expectations I had when I dropped off my car. I was hopeful that they would prove me wrong but when I picked up my car. I noted damage that was painted over instead of repaired. The damage was directly on the area that required repair. Instead of saying they missed it or made a mistake, and we could deal with it at another time, they decided to blame me, saying it was rock damage and the Geico was not going to cover that. This was directly on the damaged area that they repaired. There is no way to determine when and how the damage occurred. There are two such areas that were painted over. I'm worried my electronic sensors have not been correctly calibrated. My guess is when the poor calibration has me involved in an accident, they will say they did what they were supposed to do. If you want to feel confident in the repair done and the pride in the work a shop does, DO NOT bring your car to this shop. The workmanship and pride in giving good service does not exist at Classic Collision. I've read other reviews regarding poor service, the owner just blames the customer or other businesses (towing companies). never take responsibility for their poor service.

All of the initial examination at the time of drop off took around 45 mins. They would not provide you quote if you go there without appointment. Although you can ask your questions and understand the type of repair work. I tried getting estimate and got a very rough range from the person who was going to handle our car. Michael did a good job updating us keeping us aware of charges and work being done. We were told around 2 weeks of repair but got our car in 7 days. They also were able to use the OEM parts. Overall good job, good on communication and no hidden cost. They do provide warranty on their work and good thing is you can take your car to any other caliper collision in case if you need to get additional help after repair.

Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. It has been 8 months and I'm still waiting. Whenever I called over these many months, they always assured me that it will happen. They even said the part had arrived in October, but still nothing. Thought that was interesting, went off to coordinate with insurance and when it got approved and I called to schedule, they demanded I pay for my parts before even offering a time to drop my car off or giving me any kind of timeline for when it could happen! The total estimate was $500 and they wanted $350 right up front! I've been screwed over by to many car shops to be screwed by one before they even get my car to do anything too!! Save your time and take it to a shop that actually cares about you. On a side note, I had to do this with a couple little kids in tow. I don't expect the world from people in businesses, but they hardly even acknowledged my kids when we came in, and they don't make it easy to ignore them. Just save yourself from an all around terrible experience!!
