So convenient and worth every penny. My bins are squeaky-clean, WAY cleaner than I could ever get them with a hose. They smell fantastic. It makes daily trips out to the trash bins a delight. It's extremely easy to set up and communications were great. All you have to do is leave your bins out on the street the day after trash pickup. They come to your house with their cleaning truck, clean them on-the-spot, and will take them back to where you store them (important if you have a persnickety HOA who doesn't allow trash bins to be visible from the street). You don't have to do anything except leave your bins out, and they sent helpful text and email reminders. We're signed up for quarterly cleaning. For three bins (trash, recycling, and compost) the cost is $51.99+tax. So worth it! read more

Originally, I planned on doing a one and done, but after smelling (yes, literally smelling) how fresh my compost bin was, I'll be doing it twice a year to make sure it is sanitized properly. I've been using Austin Bin Wash since 2020 and I absolutely love their services. They come in handy, especially in the summer months, which in Texas is basically 11 out of 12 months LOL The main part of their service I enjoy is that they bring the bins back to your house from the curb, who says chilvary is gone! I keep my bins in my garage, and I no longer have to deal with the ongoing smell of trash that would hit my nose each time I opened the door to my garage.
