I have been using Austin Bin Wash, since 2018 and it has been worth every penny. I have to keep my trash cans in my garage because of my HOA. Having Austin Bin Wash come clean my bins once a quarter is just lovely. I leave the bins out the day after trash has been taken up and they come by, they clean it and I get it back and it smells lovely. I cant say enough about Austin Bin Wash. I live on a street with people walking up and down it all day and night. When I put the cans out before the trash is picked up people will put all sorts of things including doggy poop in the cans and it smells up the cans horribly. Happy I could help them, but sad I get the side effects with the smell. Every time Austin Bin Wash come by they clean two of my cans and they look brand new and the smell clean wonderful when they are done. They send me a text and email reminding me to leave my cans out in the morning and someone comes by and cleans them and then pulls them up to the house. Every time I walk up and put my own trash in they look great and smell great. I would highly recommend them. They will let you choose how you want to use their service. I've been with ABW for about 5 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. They have excellent customer service and communication. I get an email an email reminder that ABW is coming so I leave my bins on the curb. Then when they're fined they bring my bins up to the garage smelling so clean and fresh. I love Austin Bin Wash! We started using them after Austin Resource Recovery rolled out curbside composting in our neighborhood and we had an unfortunate maggot incident. We have continued with quarterly service so that the trash and compost bins stay clean and our garage doesn't smell. We receive an email reminder the day before wash day. The workers are quick and place the bins out of sight when they're done. If my young son is home, he likes to go out and watch them work and they're always so friendly. I have had so many problems with this company for months now this last visit was the last straw. Since last year I have had problems with missed or skipped appts they cannot explain why. Every time I call a young girl tells me they are trying to fix their scheduling problems. It has been this way for a long time now. The last time my service was " skipped" without me knowing I called in and they did give me a discount on my next clean so I was happy there. But then AGAIN I had to call in and see what happened and get it scheduled. They came and when I received my invoice my bill was now almost $15 higher then before? What is up with the price increase and no notification and for what reason? I have had enough of their games. What a horrible way to run a business. I'm done with them. I do not recommend. read more

The day after trash pick-up day I discovered that one of my neighbors had switched their trash bin with mine. The bin was absolutely disgusting. I've never seen anything like it in my life! I called Austin Bin Wash and they had left my neighborhood for the day, so I scheduled for the following week. I thought I should update my review after my last experience: I may have failed a bit in communicating with my Better Half on the pick-up scheduling and the end result was a recycle bin full of "stuff." Oops. Anyway, the Austin Bin Wash people came as scheduled, found the recycle bin full, and there was nothing they could do. I received the nicest note from their office letting me know why they hadn't washed by bin - and they CUT MY BILL for that service! I also like that they email both before and after every service.
