I did, with the normal expectation that I would get a reply of some sort telling me when he would be on his way. I didn't receive a response so I got in the shower. Well apparently he showed up at the door where my youngest told him I was in the shower. He then left! My son passed off the info and I texted and called Ruben immediately to let him know that I was just going to get out of the shower and ask him to come on back inside so he didn't waste his time. He didn't answer his phone or respond to my texts. I tried calling back again and the man blocked my number!! WTH

We spent 35k to have Williams Mechanical replace three units three years ago; we had a very…read morepositive experience with this transaction. Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical. I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they "couldn't find the paperwork" for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office. I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue. If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

Unfortunately, All Out Plumbing and Mechanical missed the mark to do major work for sewer and pipe replacements. When we hired them to replace the new pipes, they didn't remove all the old pipes from the crawl spaces until we pointed out to them to have the old pipes removed. They also demanded payment right after they replaced the pipes without inspecting if the pipes were working properly. All Out Plumbing and Mechanical is a very bad company in NOT KEEPING a one-year warranty to inspect all plumbing works and redo camera video as their promise. When we contacted them a few months later regarding the one-year warranty, they kept pushing our appointment out... beyond the one year. They canceled our one-year warranty inspection appointment at the last minute. Many times to reschedule appointments a few more weeks out again and again... We were beyond frustrated by their many excuses on why they could not come nor follow through with their one-year warranty contract agreement. Likewise, they were unhappy when we tried to follow up on setting up an appointment. We tried contacting the owner but he ignored our letters... and, out of the blue, without communication and confirmation of any appointment, All Out Plumbing dispatched a technician to open an outline on our property and did a very brief camera of our line, without our knowledge (less than 15 minutes from set up to clean up before verbal exchange with tenant who did not expect to see All Out Plumbing with some device down the pipelines). Until today, All Out Plumbing has not release the follow-up video of our pipelines nor provided any recommendations. Anyhow, it is sad that we have to post this review since we do not want to say bad things about a company, but we feel obligated to share with the public that you should be careful if you hire All Out Plumbing as they are NOT professional and NOT trustworthy.

They are also 100% honest, fair and trustworthy! He could have up sold me and charged me thousands for a tank-less water heater, but he told me good honest advice, to stick with a regular water heater due to the complicated location of my water heater in my home. He said he'd do whatever I wanted but that the cost of doing the switch based on where it's at was too much for it to be worth it in his opinion. He's changed our complicated water heater's at our business property as well. They were located in the roof in terribly compromising places but Alan and his coworker very quickly and professionally got the job done. They had everything as clean as it was when they started as well. I could not recommend anyone more than Reliant Services!

A year and a half ago on a very cold February Saturday morning one of our heating units went out. We had out of town company staying with us and a family funeral and reception to go to that day. We pulled out the card expecting no one would work around our schedule that day and if they did they would charge us a fortune. That was the first time we met Alan and we were beyond impressed (and my husband is very picky about this kind of stuff). Alan got back to us promptly, worked around our schedule, fixed our heater and charged a very reasonable price. A similar incident happened about 11 months later and we again called Reliant Services and had the same great experience! We also realized it was time to replace our heating units and went out for bids including one from Reliant Services. Alan's bid was substantially lower than his competitors and we had him replace our heaters. We have been totally happy with the heaters! We also decided it was time to replace our swamp coolers and just called Alan and had him replace them. I can't say enough good things about Alan and his company. It's reminds me of the way vendors used to be. He takes great pride in his work, follows up on his work and even calls you to make sure everything is working well and that you are happy with his work!
