Glenn (owner) was the only one who took time in his replies to help me check a few things to verify that it was not a simple fix. That impressed me. We decided to replace the system, it was obsolete and had multiple serious issues. Glenn helped us choose the perfect system, and at the busiest time of the year, managed to fit us into the schedule. Efraín did a beautiful installation inside and out, with custom sheet metal work to make a perfect fit. The system is fantastic and the price was unbeatable. They'll even show me how to do the annual maintenance myself, instead of trying to sign me up to a service that I won't need. That's integrity. Efraín is the lead technician, has 21 years experience, and is a perfectionist. That is evident in his attention to detail and refusal to give up if there is still an unresolved issue. This house had a long-standing issue with modified drains and plumbing vents that had defied diagnosis, but Efraín would not give up. He solved the mystery that no one else had, finding a vent that had been mistakenly cut and capped long ago. Jake is a young technician learning from the master, and he is very hard working and thorough. They reconstructed that vent and restored the function of those drains. They did a magnificent job and left the house feeling renewed and loved. All the while, I was asking questions about anything and everything, and Efraín did not mind answering them and helping me learn how to care for things going forward. I do love this house and it matters to me who works on it and the energy they bring. Glenn, Efraín and Jake brought a degree of care, compassion, and expertise that gave me tremendous peace of mind. They will be my first call for any and all plumbing or HVAC needs.

The first time was to shore up some poor work done on the house before we bought it. The work was done for a good price and he and his team did a little extra work to shore up some of the small issues that would have become larger issues had we not had them come out and take care of this for us. The second time was to look at what could have been a very expensive drain issue had the worst turned out. Thought it was a collapsed line but Earl diagnosed that it more than likely was not a collapsed line. They came out and were able to fix it by pulling out a piece of small pipe that would block and unblock the line that must have been accidently dropped in main line when the bathroom was last replumbed. As long as Earl is working I know who I am going to have do all my general contracting needs.

Not Daniel the technician, I had an issue…read moreyesterday 7/29/26 after my technicians left, my air conditioner wasn't cooling great, it was when they left though, so Daniel definitely did a wonderful job, so I felt horrible to have to call back and request them to come back just to do a recheck on my air conditioner, not the technicians fault at all, when I called Leonards I'm assuming it was the owner that answered, I told him the situation, and I wasn't sure what to do? He very rudely replies "Well, if the pads are wet there is nothing else we can do!", I said to him, "I don't know if the pads are wet! How am I supposed to know that", he tells me "if you be quiet I'll tell you", wow! I laughed to myself because how I wish I could have spoke to a customer like that whenever I felt like it, when the technicians initially came out all was good when they left, but it was then little by little I could feel warm air,and I know my air conditioner, I know when something is not right, so the technician Daniel comes back out, I explain to him it's 87 degrees inside my house, he goes up on the roof, and does whatever, when came back down the temperature had began to come down, this was in noway Daniel's fault, in the first place, shit happens, but for whatever reason, the temp came down, but I was so upset at the way Leonard had spoke to me, I felt like I maybe was a little ticked off when Daniel came but not at him, but because I was dying of heat, and could not believe I had given my business to this business because before they got paid for the job it was all cool, they would answer my phone calls, text messages the minute they got paid, no one would answer my texts, or pick up the phone until finally Leonard does, needless to say he needs customer service skills, because he has none! Unfortunately, I will now need to litigate to recover damages. Threatening text messages ensued, on their behalf. There were no offers to remedy, only blame put on my business.
