He addressed all of my concerns - including acid reflux - with compassion, good judgement, attention to detail, and understandable explanations. Everyone on his team made me feel cared for and supported. The attending nurse, the anesthesiologist, and even the scheduling and billing team did a flawless job. And... I contacted BCBS and they have no record of the letter of medical necessity or the claim being reprocessed. I told ARC this and asked for proof of the claim being reprocessed. They just made up a date and lied, saying it was reprocessed and denied on that date. Not how it works! BCBS would know if they reprocessed a claim, and I would see it on my portal. I'm not sure why ARC is doing this. It would have been much easier for all of us if they just did their jobs instead of committing fraud.

Then says " I can do it today but I want all the doctors eyes on you " Wow , even doctors came in to meet me or show me inventions As a woman in Fremont three one nice doctor out and said" she needs her rest" But he was a Happy Doctor wanting you help out patients in a whole different field .
