He suggested Carmen Reserva Frida Kahlo Cabernet Sauvignon Chile 2023 & Organic Arbol De Vida Malbec Argentina 2024. The cabernet had a 91 rating from the Tasting Panel, but the malbec didn't have a rating, as it was a new item. Seeing how it's made with organic grapes, and malbecs are usually good bottles of wine, I chose the Organic Arbol De Vida Malbec Argentina 2024. Organic Arbol De Vida Malbec Argentina 2024- Lovely bottle of wine. Each sip had berries & plum, plus the pucker from expressive tannins. I'm not a wine connoisseur, but I found this particular malbec approachable and non-offensive. However, I'd choose a bottle of bourbon or sake, any day of the week. 1 cent for a bottle of wine? That's cheaper than Boone's Farm! Total Wine wanted to get me nice & toasty on the cheap for my birthday, treating me like a cheap date. What I love most about this place is the vast array of craft beers, from Stone to Bootleggers and even some Sierra Nevada. Not only do they have every type of libation you can imagine, they also have plenty of candy, just like a candy store. The store is also clean, and beats the heat. It's a family owned store so everyone is very friendly, and helpful. I bought a bottle of Hennessy for a friend's graduation, and he loved it because it's not just your ordinary Hennessy bottle, it's a limited edition KAWS bottle. After I told them, they immediately went into action and BOTH walked me to my car and made it known to the man that they "knew" me, to say hi to family and visit more often. I do go there regularly to get my drinks and they have always been very kind and nice. I appreciate the way they made me feel safe and will always only go to that liquor store for anything I need. In the process of payment, the cashier was making small talk, asking me how my weekend was. That was nice of him to do so. Going to rate this visit as Neutral. The only reason it is a neutral for me is because of the product I purchased. I felt it was sold to me at an inflation cost. A crooks 4 mini bottle usually goes for $12. It was sold to me for $18. On top of that, I was charged .75 cents for using my debit card. My bill was over $20 bucks.. I shouldn't have to pay for using a debit card. Most minimum transaction without a debit charge is $10. So scratching my head on that. Not my first choice to purchase adult beverages. I only went here because I needed too. I probably won't be back.

First off, the young man working there didn't even greet me. When he did come to the register, I gave him a scratcher and lotto ticket to redeem. He did the lotto ticket and then scanned the scratcher and told me he didn't have enough cash to give me since they just opened, which I understood. I asked if he had at least $40 and he said yes. I went to get a drink so I could get cash back and he told me I didn't need to buy anything to get cash back. So then he told me to tap my card and didn't tell me he charged me $3.69 in addition to my cash back. I realized this after I checked my bank account. I don't know what that fee was for, but for all I know I bought him a drink. Wish I would have at least gotten a drink for that fee or been told there would be a fee. ‍ No receipt given to me either.
