Rented a moonwalk from them for my twins birthday . They were fantastic to work with--from responding to emails promptly, to the flexible scheduling in terms of picking them up and returning them, it made one part of a very stressful week VERY easy! If you're hosting an event I would highly recommend giving them a looksee. They rent out tables, chairs, moonwalks, rock walls, tents, DUNK TANKS (!!!) etc etc. Loads to use for events. I've never rented games like that before so I have no price comparison but I found the prices really affordable, especially when you take into account the exciting touch they added to the night. Love that they were classic carnival games too--like milk toss and big mouth clown, added a bit of old timey fun that I really wanted to bring to the evening. Austin Metro Moonwalks made my daughter 8th birthday absolutely amazing. Her birthday was on a bit of a gloomy day with scattered showers but they still delivered on time and set up the blower so the kids could still bounce. I looked at several places and they either were much more expensive or had the same price but for less than half the time Austin Metro Moonwalks offered. The moonwalk was very nice and clean and is obviously well taken care of. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. I had about a million questions and concerns throughout the 2 weeks before my little one's party and they always answered their phone and addressed my needs. We rented a water slide for my daughter's birthday party. It was the best price we found, and booking online was very easy. When the slide ordered originally had an issue, they let me know days ahead of time, and offered a choice of similar slides, for no additional charge. Due to the weekend being busy, they asked to drop the slide off early, and pick up later, than my original reservation, also no additional charge. Needless to say, the kids were thrilled by that! Their staff was very professional, set up was quick and easy, all safety information was explained clearly, and though pickup was a bit later than we expected, they were also quick and friendly. We rented the 32 foot slip and slide for a birthday party at your house---it was honestly the most fun party ever! All the kids--big and small had a blast (including myself!)! We had neighbors stopping to say how much fun it looked like everyone was having and even stopped in for a little slide! They dropped it off early in the morning and had it all ready to go for us. It was so easy, so was the pick up. The only constructive criticism I would have is that the velcro holding the hose up was not sticky enough to hold the hose and it kept on falling down--but with the help of some zip ties, we were able to make it work! I've never done a review. But I was so please with Austin Metro Moonwalks I felt compelled to give a review. The bounce house I rented was delivered a day early, to ensure if anything goes wrong they could fix it before the event. Thank goodness, cause the bounce house I rented kept collapsing. I called Marshall, and he was wonderful. He rushed over with a new bounce house and even offered to bring extra party supplies for no cost for the inconvenience and reimbursed me the difference. This Company almost ruined our birthday party on Saturday. The house was full of guests and the 2 birthday girls. This Company was to set up and deliver at 2 pm . 2:30 the first phone call was made. First excuse was we're having trouble with our trailer. Second excuse we have no phone communication with the driver. 30 excuse our truck has been wrecked. Now we have a house full of guests along with the birthday girls and no slide my cousin made a call to a competing company in another town and they delivered within 30 minutes. This was my first time to rent a bounce house. I called one place before Austin Metro and was asked for my zip code so they could calculate my "transportation fee". I thought that was odd so I called Austin Metro and couldn't have been happier with the service. Marshall came out and help me evaluate the best, safest spot for set up. He monitored the wind during the event as well to alert me if it was getting into a dangerous range....so we had to do was enjoy the party. The pick-up was just as smooth as the delivery. Great experience and so much fun! The moonwalks and waterslides I ordered looked brand new, unlike the past company I dealt with who sent me old pictures of their inflatables. The staff was pleasant on the phone and in person with delivery and pick-up. They were extremely prompt, sanitized ther bouncer at my house so I knew it was clean, and explained all the safety features once the unit was ready to go. I rented out an inflatable slip n slide from Metro Moonwalks for a surprise bday party (ages 30+). Even though I had reserved it for 4 hours in the afternoon, they came to set it up 4 hours early and came back to pick it up 2 hours later than scheduled, which was just more fun times for us! We rented a tiki waterslide for a kids birthday party and it was great. Everybody had a great time. Moonwalks delivered it hours before the reservation time and left it until the next morning, which was great as we had it a few hours extra. The delivery guys called in advance, got it setup in about 15 minutes, and everything worked perfectly all day. We'll likely use them again next year. read more

Rented a waterslide for a house warming and it was a hit! They weren't going to be available to deliver the day of and asked if they could drop off the day before so I was able to enjoy it for an extra day at no cost. What customer service!
