This gentleman really saved me from a pickle the other night. I'm in a rental, and happened to lock my keys in my car. Right after getting home with a hot pizza and a long shitty day. He was THE ONLY business that answered! It was 10 pm on a Friday night. I had appointments early in the morning and couldn't wait until the morning either. He showed up within 30 minutes as he said he would be. Points! He got the keys out within two minutes. However, poor guy actually had phone issues and we spent a good 20 minutes fiddling with it. Trying to get it to charge. He offered to put it on the house, but I said I'd wait. I didn't want to rip him off. He made great conversation lol. But.... his phone never turned back on. Needless to say, he ended up putting it on the house. Which by far was the sweetest thing ever. Ignore only he new how my day went... so, this guy is great! Truly deserves the business and good karma. Super appreciated! I wish I had cash, he wished he had a charger, but it was a bad situation turned good. I can't tell people enough how awesome this company is. We had lost our only key to our car, on Friday night, and the car was locked. I called around and got a hold of Keith. He said he could be at our location in 30 minutes and make us a key and program it to our car on the spot. I asked him the price of the service, and to my surprise, he was over 100$ less than the dealership. Keith showed up, and let me remind you that this is at 10pm on a Friday. He was very polite and went straight to work, first unlocking the car. He the did some work on the car and went to his van. About 5 or 10 minutes later her came back with a key. He put it in the ignition and then hooked up a little computer to the car and programmed the key. He then turned the ignition and boom, the car started. What a relief!!! I lost my keys, and had to have a locksmith come and rekey both the motorcycle and the car. The work was exceptional. Most people will no rekey bikes, so that is already a bonus. I received a phone call prior to the appointment for confirmation. The technician, Jason, was prompt, courteous, and informative. He was explaining what he was doing the entire time, which was educational. I never realized everything that went into remaking keys. Initially I had been in communication with the owner Heath, who was very kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions. Everything was exactly how it was explained to me. No surprises. I was so satisfied with the experience, I even installed the yelp app just to leave a review. Considering the amount of work that went into replacing keys, the price is fair. I was out of town when one of my tenants informed be they had broken their lease and left in the night. I called Heath at 9am on a Saturday and he was there within an hour. Not only did he show up on time but he took photos of some damage to the lock I wasn't aware of, then went and found a replacement for me. He searched all around town to find the right lock and didn't charge one dime more than his original price. I had used two other mobile locksmiths and described fully what i had and needed done. A 2011 Honda Pilot replace keys and program immobilizer and ecu/pcm I know these are pretty much a dealer thing unless you are equipped to do them. Heath was quick to get here, and did the job fast. Mine was a complicated motorcycle ignition from blank, no code. Tedious to say the least. The first guy I called didn't have the tools, and chipped the paint in several places on the tank. Glad he couldn't do the job, cuz I found my families new locksmith.
