Denis contacted me within 20 minutes of making a request to install 2 residential locks and arrived that same day within a few hours. Denis is professional, kind, and a considerate communicator. The door handle on our four year-old house seized up and wouldn't allow the door to be opened at all. The company that made it has been out of business for 20 years. We didn't want to change out all the key cores in our whole house so Dan was able to find a replacement knob that would accept our existing key.
