Ray said he would be here within 30 to 40 minutes and I think he was here within 35 minutes. We had a lock, that we had the key for, but the deadbolt would not move. He had the door open in less than 7 minutes. Ended up having to drill out a cylinder, replace with a new cylinder, and re-key the new cylinder (matched to our existing keys)... and he even helped make the deadbolt hole deeper so that there was less pressure on the entire mechanism (preventing this mess from happening again in the future). So we went from chaos to problem solved in less than 60 minutes total...on a Saturday. Highly recommend Ray for anyone who is in a jam and needs high quality, quick turnaround and fair, transparent pricing.
