Pricing, but what else. I mean your a salvage yard selling parts that are higher than what I can get new with free shipping. So to walk all over the yard with my tools, finding the car I need and spending hours in the heat to take the parts off myself, and then carry them up to a counter to pay more than I would with a few clicks on my phone all while sitting in my favorite chair? Sorry guys, if don't make sense it's. Nonsense. Trying to get me back is gonna take more than text messages of discounts if I come do it again ain't enough. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SELL HERE. I've had such a bad experience with these people it's ridiculous. You think they make enough that they don't have to scam and lie to people when doing a sell with them. I got my car totaled by a mechanic and had to sell my vehicle immediately. I called them up to get a quote and Edward or whatever his name is that's always answering the phone told me the amount and I said over the phone and over text (send pics to get a quote) that my jack is under my car bc without it my bumper will be on the ground giving the tow guy not much to work with when picking it up. The tow guy keeps the jack instead & I'm told I can grab it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no jack. I'm told by the same man, I'll drop it off Sunday. Sunday comes, nothing. SKECHY ASF RIGHT? He tells me his wife HAS CANCER. How ugly you gotta be to give that excuse?? I come up there and they try to give me a jack that looks nothing like mines!! The manager tries to get me to leave (mind you this manager is never there) and say I should've never left my jack out there in the first place but had I been told the tow ppl come with one I would've never did it!! I called them about a particular hard to find vehicle they had in stock, and they said that they had to take photos of it and text them to my phone within a few days. I called back a few times and got excuses, so I let a few more days pass and I called and the car had been crushed. The problem is that I was promised something, and they failed to deliver at all. I wanted to speak to the owner and they said they would get in trouble if they gave me the owner's information. Really? Weird way of doing business. They helped me find a part and when things didn't work out, allowed me to exchange for another part and make sure it would fit. Unfortunately that too didn't work out and it was my fault for not doing more research. They referred me to someone who could help when they didn't have what I needed. I saw a Hummer H3 that was advertised as a part car, the vehicle had been in a fire and was severely damaged but still had a roof rack system I was interested in. I called and inquired about the part and was told I would have to pop the locks as there were no keys, quoted $90 for a used part that new is only $120? And I would have to pop the locks and have both replaced. Maybe you will have better luck with this company but I had a bad experience. read more

I called yesterday about a radiator---I was told $100. When I called back to have them verify it was in stock, another person said he would look and call me back. Upon call back, he said he had it, and that the previous guy said $1-- but they could do it for $85. It was near closing so I said I would be there when they open. So, at 8:30 I was there. There were about 8 guys standing around and finally a reluctant guy got around to helping me. (I just found out from the manager that the guy's name is Juan). It turns out this is the same guy that quoted me $100. I told him I called yesterday and I was here to get the radiator. He wanted $100. I told him I spoke with another guy there yesterday who said it was $85. He said that the guy who I spoke with wouldn't be there for half an hour. I asked if he could call him but Juan refused. I went through the whole thing again, about the conversations that took place, but he was unwilling to sell it to me for $85. I was getting very mad at this time. He still wouldn't budge, or try to call the guy, which insinuates that I was lying. I started getting extremely pissed at this time. I started yelling at him and swearing at him and I was pretty much about to jump over the counter and do some damages on this A-hole. I was LIVID. I told him I would be contacting the BBB and writing online complaints. All of the guys standing around just watched, because they knew I was right and Juan should have attempted to get to the bottom of it, instead of just refuting my claim. I flipped him off, yelled negative remarks, and walked out the door. When I was out the door, I turned around and kicked it open and gave the guy some more verbal assault. Then I went to my car. Then I thought I remembered the guys name who quoted $85, so I went back in and asked if that was him. (It turns out the name I had was from another salvage yard, so that didn't help).
