He signed a contract stating he would finish work by 3/28/14, but in fact, the installation didn't get final approval until 4/21/14, over 3 weeks past the original completion date. He said he would have a crew out there working, but for the first two weeks, hardly anyone was there at all. One thing Terry told the homeowner was that Dominic's emergencies weren't his emergencies. When I called to ask questions and point out that Terry wasn't doing what he said he would do, he became beligerant and said if I showed up at the job site anymore he would walk off the job. While Terry's installation was good as far as I know, his attitude is terrible and you can't count on what he says.

It wasnt till AFTER they uninstalled the toilet ,and found the septic right where I said it was, that the mention THEY COULDN'T REINSTALL THE TOILET BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PARTS! I recently had a scheduled quarterly inspection from another company on a Friday. I won't go into details except to say the aerobic system was not functioning correctly and there was a risk of waste coming back into my house. That is a scary situation. :-O The company told me they couldn't do anything until the following Monday, and because of several personal issues checking into a hotel for the weekend was not an option. After calling over a dozen companies well zero success and no options for any type of resolution, Orlando called me back right at COB. I explained the situation and my concerns to him (e.g., definitely the need to at least flush a toilet over the weekend). Orlando was very attentive to my needs and went absolutely above and beyond what any small business owner would normally be willing to do. He voluntarily came to my property and did a small "fix" to at least get me through the weekend until the system could be repaired. And he did it out of the kindness of his heart (no charge). Turns out we're actually almost neighbors. Sooooooo, on a Friday after business hours, after working a long full week, Orlando literally saved me both from possible hazardous waste flooding my house and the unnecessary additional anxiety that frankly I can't currently handle.
