She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I really needed it done by Monday but reluctantly I agreed to wait for Wed so her team could come to my home and knock it out. I gave her my full address, city state and zip on Friday. I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

The team was fantastic to work with and they provided me with a quote to come back later for the panoramic moonroof, and even took the time to write up quotes for removing and re-tinting my 2023 Tundra, plus a quote for my daughter's vehicle. I also noticed they carry a great selection of other aftermarket parts, like dash cams and automated running boards. If you are looking for high-quality tint and a team that provides excellent service, I highly recommend them! They are very professional and not pushy at all with their sales. I called the shop the day I wanted to get my car tinted. UT returned my call and met me at 9am. He thoroughly explained the difference between the level of tints he carries. I decided to get the Rayno S9 and I'm very satisfied with the quality of tint and workmanship. If you're looking for a place to tint your car to avoid that Texas heat then this is the go to place. Employees are friendly and fast. They usually get you an appointment the same day. The employees there are very experienced and knowledgeable about tinting. They also have the latest equipment to perfectly cut the tint for any specific car model. Pricing was very reasonable when compared to other places. The shop is located in a big building with other auto garages around. The owner is easy to work with, I called in the morning and he was able to get me an appointment that morning. I got all my car windows tinted for a very good price! The windows look great as well! It took approximately 1 hours and 40 min to complete. There is a sitting area for wait, which was nice, clean and comfortable. There's nothing walking distance around the area, so plan on waiting or getting pick up and drop off. Top notch from start to finish. And open on SATURDAY. Same day service my appt was at 3:45 I was in and out by before 5:00. They took 5 min to educate me (not up-sell) the differences between the films where heat, uv & ir are factors. Offered good better and best options. Tint doctor also uses CAD plotter to cut film based off exact make and model of vehicle. No old school hand cuts with razor blade. Every line is perfect. Prices were much better than the area competitors. I highly would recommend Tint Doctor. read more

This company really takes pride in their work. I called to get an estimate, and they offer the best prices in the area. They invited me to see what they offer, and could also show me what they have. The prices included great tint quality. They even told me they could get me in and out fairly quickly without an appointment. They did a great job in explaining the different tint that they install, and gave suggestions. The work they did was awesome, and I am taking my other car there to be done. read more

I cannot express how pleased I am with Austin Tint Doctor! Two weeks ago I went to a piece of crap Tint company and was absolutely disappointed. That company is Elite Window Tint ( See my other review). I spoke to Austin Tint Doctor about the bullcrap I had gone through with that pathetic company. Not only did they fix the windows but they Identified another Window that had gaps where light had come in. AWESOME! I was so happy driving back to my house at a 100F because it's amazing how good the tint works. My car's A/C won't have to work at the top speed and coldest temperature anymore in the summer. The service is very good and very fast in addition to the friendly staff and free coffee. Greeted me when I walked in and explained the differences in tint so that I could get the right % that blocked heat and also allowed me to see at night. They did a great job with my back windshield. It was bubbling from a crappy job done in another state. They responded quickly with a quote, were flexible with my schedule and were very nice. Wow! UT is the bomb! That guy can throw some tint on glass like nobody's business. He was quick and efficient. I had my front sides and the brow done, I just can't imagine it looking any better then it does and the price was very reasonable. My Dodge Ram looks sooo sweet now! A good shop with good staff. It was a Saturday morning and no line at all. I have a minivan, but only need tinting on windshield and front windows. Took less than an hour while they estimated 2 hrs at the beginning. Small bubbles but was told it's water and should be gone after it's dry. Nice staff and patient. Took our 2018 Subaru Crosstrek to get window tint on all sides and back. Bought the top end (best of 3 choices) tint ("ceramic") with the lightest tint (30%) and it looks great and has REALLY immediately cut down the heat from the sun into the car. Took about 1.5 hours max. Super helpful and friendly and professional. Did a great job. read more

When I called I believe I spoke with Jeremy that stated he just had a cancellation. We agreed on a time but I wasn't able to make it on the time we agreed on. I called again to let them know I was on my way and running late due to my daughter's salon appointment going over the time we expected. They stated they would be able to fit me in today still. It was awesome news for me to hear because I really wanted to surprise my wife. They were professional and customer friendly both in person and over the phone. They have three options of window tint from Global Window Films. You can choose from QDP, HP CHARCOAL, and QDP Ceramic. I chose the QDP Ceramic film. I know Ceramic is the way to go for sure if you're trying to beat the heat. I have used ceramic with one of my previous vehicles and I remember how it reduced the heat inside the vehicle. You can wait inside like I did. There are four chairs to sit on with one child seat. The total wait time is anywhere from an hour and half to two hours depending on your vehicle. You can also drop your vehicle off and come back when it's ready! Overall, my experience was very pleasant and enjoyed my time while waiting for my vehicle here. I learned when they were finished with my vehicle they're a family owned business with two brothers and their mother. They do offer a military discount upon requesting and showing the proper military or veteran ID. And you can schedule an appointment with them online, it take a $50 deposit that goes towards the cost of the window tint for your vehicle. Pretty awesome job keep it local in my book!! Official completion time for my vehicle which was a 2016 Ford Explorer was honestly in a hour.
