Honestly, if I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. I've used them twice in the last couple years, once for window tinting and decal placement... and once this weekend for some wrap work. After 2 years, they remembered me and welcomed me in like I was a part of the family. The customer service behind this husband/ wife power couple duo is about as good as it comes, matched only by their attention to detail and precision of their craft. These people care about delivering exactly what the customer wants, and exceeding their expectations... all without a shred of ego. They are incredibly personable, easy to talk to and make you feel like old friends from the second you walk in until the moment you leave, ensuring that when you do leave you are without question, 125% satisfied with both product and service. I will continue to only bring my business here, as well as recommend them to anybody I know that is in need of what they offer 15 times out of 10. I had to get my F-150 windows retinted due to one of the front windows having the anti-scratch coating wearing off. Went by RRWT office and spoke with Dan who explained the different tints that they use. I got XPEL Prime XR-Plus due to it keeping out the most heat, as y'all know how hot TX summers can get. A week later I brought in my truck, waited for about 2 hours, and had new tint all around (except for the front windshield). My truck windows looked NICE!!! The new tint also kept the inside of the truck cooler than my old tint. I did have a blemish on the passenger side window, and they removed and replaced it without hesitation. Now that is what I call great customer service. I would DEFINITELY recommend bringing your vehicle to RRWT if you're looking for a good, quality product with exemplary customer service. read more

RRWT had the inevitable task of pulling old, tired tint and replacing it with Texas quality tint (had Indiana tint before). They completed the removal and reinstall very quickly! Texas sun is so brutal and I had 2 pairs of prescription glasses' coating melted in the past 12 months, not to mention when you get stuck on I35 or Mopac in the afternoon, sunburn is bad. While my vehicle has manufacture tint, obviously it's not enough. Waiting for dealership is like forever, so I picked a few reputed local shops for quote.
