I originally brought my car in on 2/25/15 for an alignment, steering wheel centering, and to have my steering shaft serviced. Ron was rude to me. But, not as disgustingly rude and arrogant as Greg was to me. He refused to perform a service that I was told over the phone that they would do.. This was half way through an alignment when he told me he wouldn't perform the service mind you. Had I known the guy actually working on my car would contradict what I was told over the phone by Ron..and just flat out refuse to do it because he "doesn't want to f**k with it", as he put it, I would have never brought my car there for ANYTHING. Since I was told this halfway through the alignment, I thought I'd ask if he planned on centering my steering wheel.."Dead center..don't worry about it", he told me. I felt a little better that he seemed to at least care about that repair. Immediately after leaving the shop I noticed the steering wheel still wasn't centered. I called back and talked to Ron, and he told me to bring it back on Friday the 27th and they would re-align it. So, I brought the car back and came into the office. Ron goes around the corner into the shop and told Greg that I was here for the alignment. He responded, yelling, " I'm not f**king aligning that car again!!.. That f**king steering wheel is straight!!" "Go drive it with him and see." ..... Very shocked... once again that this guy just completely lacks any respect for a customer. For some reason, I had a little more faith in Ron and agreed to have him drive the car. Initially, Ron started trying to tell me that its straight.. Reality: Off by at least 1/4 inch. He kept talking over me and raising his voice when I tried to say anything. In the passenger seat of my own car, and a new customer.. Once again, I'm being yelled at and talked to in a very condescending manner by someone I'm paying money to help me. Very scary...Eventually, when I was allowed to speak, I was able to point out that the steering wheel was still cocked to the left even while driving on the right side of a crowned road, he finally admitted that the steering wheel isn't center. He agreed to have me come back at a later date to have the alignment redone, but I'm never going back there again after being talked to like that. To sum things up, I felt very uncomfortable due to the barbaric and uncaring demeanor of both Ron and Greg...and I obviously would never consider returning. I actually think Ron aims to provide a little better service, but he may be a little intimidated by Greg. It appeared as if Ron were just trying to "follow suit" and try his best to deem that there were no problems with the steering wheel, so that he would't have to deal with this psycho mechanic, Greg and attempt explaining to him that he was wrong. Until this place is restaffed I would not recommend taking your vehicle there. Not only because of bad service, but for one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had. read more

Had an engine rebuilt from them in November of 2011. From the start it was near impossible to reach a person or even leave a message as there mail box is always full, but was recommended by a friend. I dropped off my engine in mid November and said that I would need it by February 1st Chris said no problem . Called different times over the next month to find out status as I wanted to be kept in the loop and know what parts that were installed. He said that my cylinder heads were pretty messed up and would put in 1-2 hours most and if he could not fix them then would need to replace them and was quoted around $750-800 about. I said that let me know when he knows. Now it is late January and was getting worried that it would not be done in time as I needed to have it done on time. Chris told me that he could do it, then Chris said that there were a weird size bearing that he did not know. I gave him the spec sheet when I dropped the engine off in November from the last motor rebuild and Chris said that is one of the best build sheets that he has seen, well the bearing size was right there in front of him so that was another week to get that. Now we are in February and I am getting tired of not getting answers and not getting a call back. I left a message saying that I need it now and I was not that pleasant. He called me the next day saying that if I ever leave a message like that again that I can pick it up the way it is now. I should of as he can not even rebuilt it correctly. I am a customer and was promised a date and time after time he did not follow through. Around February 7th he said that the engine is done. Tells me the heads needed alot of work and it cost a bit, What happenend to the 1-2 hrs to see if he can fix them. Chris said it saved me alot, Said not really as it cost $435 to fix and Chris could get me replacements for less than double that. Well that was not much of a saving from what I have total into the engine. Went to pick it up and Chris did not break-in the engine like I was told he would do so have no clue if it would run. He was two weeks late and to me not totally finished. Told me that he would drop it off at many times over the last two weeks but never followed through Step forward a couple weeks after I break the engine in , I was having trouble with my tachometer. Would not read correctly. Called the manufacturer and tried a few things, still problems. Found out the wrong ignition coil was installed according from what the manufacturer told me and the current one would do damage. Told Chirs about it and said he has used it for years and no problem and if I can not get it to work he will swap it out for the correct one . I left a message on April 30th that I would like to ship out the old one and for him to sent me the new one as I am an hour and a half away and work longer hours than he is open normally and if this would not work to call me by May 1st. I never received a call so I shipped it out. I knew he received it by May 4th as delivery conformation. Since then I left many messages and even involved the Better Business Bureau. Chris has ignored us both and now I have to take legal actions He has both my ignition coil and the money I paid for it. Also the "build sheet" is nothing more than a piece of paper with prices and work, no part numbers, Could not even tell me what camshaft he installed. So do I know for sure he did all that he said he did and if I need to replace a part I have no clue what was installed. Poor ownership, and overall poor business. Now I found out that the engine he built is burning oil at a quart every 100 miles and found out the intake manifold is leaking into every cylinder causing many issues. He does not stand by his work and does not care. How people can keep using him is beyond me. Originally all I wanted was for him to send me the correct part like he said. read more
