Steve one of the maintenance guys, is great, and always seems to have a unique fix for strange issues that come up. I haven't always been happy with the service especially when I tried to get a ramp check about 14 monthis ago. To be fair, Covid19 was still an issue, and they had just hired a new service manager, ( he is gone now). Initially, years ago, I was not to happy to learn that I had to pay an iventory tax, but that is a company policy not the dealers problem, and I learned to live with it. Isabel and her people have always responded to meet my needs. They have kept my vehicles in good shape, and they take my old vehicle back on trade in. I am fortunate as a veteran the VA pays for the cost of the conversion, while I only pay the cost of the new vehicle. This vehicle allows me to go places, that I could not otherwise go. Its better than carrying a wheelchair on the back of a truck or car. The ramp van restored my freedom to do what I want to do with out depending on someone else. (To be sure in 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Mobility Works, that dealer was hard to work with, their personal would say things that were not fact. They just did not know how to treat people.) My inital vehicle and the last two have come from United Access. If I ever need another van I will return to United Access. My vague recollection is that a woman had a green knee brace that you could pull on almost like hose but gripped much tighter. Needless to say, Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply did not have any such knee brace. They did have an assortment of braces for your arms and legs. The pharmacist was kind to point me to the section of the pharmacy that had the braces. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the brace I was seeking. Thus, my search continues...

Just silence...pure, uncomfortable silence. At first, I tried optimism. Then logic. Then the classic move of turning the key again like it might suddenly change its mind. It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened.
