I hadn't even thought to buy one there. Another woman was trying out one of those little scooter things and Karen was showing her how to use it when I went in. Check them out if you need anything like wheelchair, walker, scooter, they even have those chairs that go up and dump you on the floor! I don't know what else they have but I certainly would call them first and see. Customer Service is Karen and she is just excellent at what she does, which is everything in that store. And their store is divided up into a pharmacy counter and a medical supply counter. They were extremely helpful by phone, taking time to verify that they had exactly what we needed in stock. They did. And when we arrived, we found the store to be clean and organized, and they already had the item we needed waiting for us behind the counter. We also considered renting a wheelchaor or walker for Dad while we were there. They had monthly and daily rental options with reasonable prices and a large selection. It was nice knowing that this option was there if we needed it.

My doctor gave me a prescription and I got it from HEB Pharmacy . He tried to lie to me and claim that I came in in April and got another machine from them which is an absolute lie. I told him I hope he had a video of it because that's not true and he knows it so I'm still dealing with them and with my insurance company so they can get reimbursement for the money they stole. and what is even more disgusting as the machines cost $35 and they're charging what would be too much the cost of machine and two months rent would pay it off.
