Woman on phone was a bit rude but said she'd be there until 4 o'clock. For some reason pharmacy open later but only this woman can rent the equipment (seems like a poor business model). So I said I'd be in by 3 and 330. Get there and she'd left early. So now no visit because my wife can't walk as far as she needs to for the visit.
