I had actually made an appointment with someone else, sent them a picture of my headlights, said they would come out in 2 days. The day before my appointment, he said my headlights are just too bad off, and he bailed. I called headlights 360 Restoration Austin (Ulises Milan) and he came that day! Like within an hour!! Can you believe that?!! I checked his website, and he has great reviews, but looking at the pictures of his past jobs, my headlights looked way worse. The other guy bailed because he said they were so bad, will Ulises be able to get them done? The suspense is killing you isn't it? YES! They look amazing, I can't wait for it to get dark tonight so I can show the streets just how bright my lights are now. I feel like my car got a face lift. I'm over the top excited! I went to Lamb's and even Palms Car Wash because they both offer headlight restoration. But I could tell that the person I talked to was not very sure he could make it look good as new. Then I found Headlight 360 online, and read the reviews. They were great. Ulysses came out the very next day, and spent several hours on my car. This was all done at my house. I opted for the restoration that should last me 4 years. The headlights look brand new. The price was great. Ulysses is super nice and professional. I could tell that he is someone who knows his stuff. He is an EXPERT at headlight restoration. She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I really needed it done by Monday but reluctantly I agreed to wait for Wed so her team could come to my home and knock it out. I gave her my full address, city state and zip on Friday. I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.
