Was referred by the dealership to have my car 2026 Camry window tint here, I arrive 30 mins before my appointment on a Saturday after 4 hours of waiting I received my car cause it seem they were in a rush leave don't know if they did quality inspection before they gave me my keys because 2 days after I notice some micro bubbles on all 5 windows with some having debris underneath the film and a plastic clip stuck between the door panel and frame that they forgot to secure on the window trim they removed, went back as they said they would fix the issue and replace the tint but didn't guarantee that it would come out better than before due to glue residue?, I decided to leave and look elsewhere to fix the issue Reply to owner: I did go the 2nd time, I wasn't there to point out every defect I would think he would ask another professional to inspect all 5 windows and fix the issues never said he refused to redo the work but the comment about not guarantee it would come out better than the first time that's the reason I decided to leave and Unfortunately I'm not looking forward of going a 3rd time as I didn't appreciate him lightly hitting my door against the car next to mine a black Chevy, it didn't cause any damage but I would think rework or inspections would be done inside and not outside in the parking read more

I bought a new car and wanted to get it tinted and put paint protection film on it right away so I started shopping around and calling different shops for quotes. I came across TX Tint and boy am I glad I did. I was originally going to get my tint and PPF done elsewhere, but after talking on the phone with Mitch, I could tell he's not the person that tries to upsell you and genuinely loves his work. I ended up going with TX Tint for both my tint and PPF. Mitch and Jorge are both XCEL certified and they use XCEL products for tint and PPF. The day I brought my car in, I couldn't for the life of me decide if I wanted 30%, 15% or 5% tint on my rear windows, so Mitch was nice enough to cut a small piece and install it on a smaller window panel so I could see what it would look like. In the end I ended up going with 15% on the rears. After about an hour he was done and it came out looking really good. I scheduled the following Tuesday with them to drop off my car to get a full front PPF done. Jorge did the PPF and was very meticulous about it. When I brought the car in for tint he was working on an C63 AMG and it looked super clean and made me feel even better going with TX Tint to get all the work done. I picked up my car today and although it was no AMG, they did a perfect job. The new facility they're in was super clean and organized. They had just recently moved to that space and the whole area they're located in is pretty new and nice. Mitch and Jorge are the most friendly and passionate people and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to send my friends and anybody else to them who's looking to get tint or PPF done for their cars. First off shout to Mitch for his amazing customer service skills and for being just a genuine person. Tesla broke my rear window during a service appointment (2 days after putting my XR plus on the whole vehicle) and needed a month and half to get a new window which is a total nonsense. I called Mitch yesterday, explained the issue, he apologized for them and told me to come today in the morning so he can put a new one free of charge. First off he never needed to apologize for other people's incompetence nor doing it for free but this speaks volumes. He won my family and our friends as customers for life.
