To end the poor experience with this company, over a dozen nails fell off the roof underneath the work areas in the months after work was completed both times onto our driveway, one of which caused a flat tire on one of our vehicles. The phone and email communication is excellent. I always knew what would happen next. When I overlooked one message, Dennise was flexible and understanding. My initial bid, estimate, and final billing statement were fast, accurate, and easy to pay. The project was scheduled quickly, and finished on time and under budget. Fieldwork: David made our problems into his problems, and solved them. He was courteous, prompt, and patient. He did excellent work, quickly and carefully.
