Even after I went to them and asked them to control the drunk girl who was upset because, because she had to move from my reserved seat. So I first went to this show on my 18th birthday and I was hooked! I'm 35 now and I can say I've been to Thunder at least 200 times. I know, obsessive. From birthdays, to breakups, to countless bachelorette parties, including my own, I can say this show is so much fun. It's sexy but tasteful. I can enjoy it with my mom, mother-in-law, and even boyfriend. My favorite part about this show is that the guys are so down to earth and genuine. I've seen some beautiful and amazing men come and go, and more beautiful Australian's replace the retirees. The routines and production also came a long way from their old New Frontier Stage. With all that being said, I have to give it up to the man that MAKES the show! The MC Marcus has been there since the beginning. I've watched him for 17 years now and he just gets better and looks better. This man does not age! And he's so funny! A natural on the mic. He's just the best. Came here with a bachelorette party in Vegas, and we had SUCH a blast!! The show was pretty entertaining, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting for a bachelorette! I would avoid buying tickets off of a ticket selling site because of the extra fees - you can buy your tickets straight off the Excalibur website, and even see some specials. If you get in early, there is a bar to grab a drink at and you can bring your drinks back to your table. If you can, I would avoid the tables in the very back as it's pretty hard to see the stage. We ended up sitting at a rectangle tables on the far left, which was fine. For a few of the dances, the guys would bring women up on the stage!! They tend to pick brides with really rowdy groups - so if you want to embarrass your friend, make sure she stands out and you guys cheer really loudly! After the show, you can pay $20 per person in cash (not per photo!!) to get a photo taken with all of the guys. If you wait outside until all the pictures are done, you can also chat with and get autographs from all the guys. read more

One of the guys came down and hugged my friend and I at the end and he felt so firm. Sad you couldn't use your phone but I can live with that. This is the greatest thing, ever. We booked last minute-tickets for an 11pm show and I'm so glad we did. I didn't know what to expect, but even if I did have any expectations, the show would have surpassed it. The guys are so good looking (especially Alex!). I'm not one to fan-girl over attractive men, but this show had me screaming, laughing and having the greatest time. Worth every penny! The guys are so nice and are actually attractive (no butterfaces there!). Went for a bachelorette party and our bride-to-be was chosen to go on stage. It was a good time to let loose with the girls and scream our voices away. From entering, I noticed the tables were bolted to the ground. It's easy to pick a favorite...and since there are so many of them - there's one for each girl in your party! I must say, my group really loved screaming Alexander's (broad backed, long haired Tarzan fella) name and he even responded to our catcalls! My group was pretty wild and I actually felt bad for the women behind us because they were such prudes! I mean c'mon, who goes to a strip show and expect it to be a Downton Abbey tea party? Let's be real - we went for hot, hunky, naked men. My personal faves were Ryan [Paki] and if I remember correctly, Edward [Brandli] was there as well (but wasn't in our photo, unfortunately). Trust me, I only remember their names because we screamed them out so much! There was a segment when we were allowed to take our phones out during the Uptown Funk song. That song is forever ingrained into our memories as the Thunder song! On Instagram though, you'll find that some women snuck in some recording time during unpermitted segments! We were wild, yes, but we followed the rules. The photo at the end cost $20 for each person. The whole point of a show like this is that it's an experience so I say the photo is completely worth it. The guys are awesome, they performed their pandesal abs out and all actually have accents! If you're Filipino, you'll understand pandesal abs LMAO. We yelled Alexander's name one last time and he rushed on stage so he could be in photo. I got my prom pose down with Ryan and the rest of the girls got to be with their faves bwahaha. If you want to watch guys dance around to super cheesy in-synce numbers then you need to go to this show. Most of the songs were enwer but the rest were really old. No cameras are allowed inside so make sure you don't bring one. I highly recommend throwing back a few drinks down below at Dick's Last Resort prior to heading upstairs for the show. This show was amazing! EVERY PERFORMER there is BORN AND BRED IN AUSTRALIA. These men are sculpted so perfectly and their accents are to die for!!! Every guy on the show interacted with the crowd and shaked their booties better than me. I liked how they had different themes for every act (tarzan, fire fighter, bed scene, etc.) I thought it was cool that they pick people from the crowd and brought them on stage for some sexy lap dances. The performers, the crowd, the energy was awesome! Everyone was having a great time! Especially all the old ladies LOL BAD PART: Giving it a 4/5 because at the end of the show, me and my friends waited outside the showroom to get an autograph with one of the dancers but then we forgot to take a picture with him. When we went up to him and ask for a picture, he arrogantly said, "I thought I was done with you guys??!!" and made us feel bad for asking. Cant say I loved it cant say I hated it, but can say some fun was had. $60 bucks and some pocket change a ticket (non-VIP) We attended this show on the last night of our girls trip. I suppose I expected a little more. Though most of the "action" was on one side of the room. I almost felt slightly sorry for the ladies that had paid more to sit in the VIP seats on our side of the room. There is/was tons of audience involvement even more so if you were on the left side of the room, ha. But had to admit its one way to get the ladies cheering and screaming even more than the already had been. A handful of the guys each have their own choreographed routine, always ending with some booty shaking, and again causing a huge uproar from the women. The MC was probably the highlight for me, entertaining, damn gorgeous, and he throws a little twist into the show towards the end. 11/14/15 is the date I saw this show last. I have also been to Thunder Down Under in Las Vegas back in 2010. IT IS THE BEST! Me and one of my best friends absolutely love it and we go whenever possible. The music is great (the 2 songs that stick out in my head from the show is Justin Timberlake's Cry Me a River and Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk. There were other recognizable songs and a few songs I didn't know. The choreography is really good. Overall, the show is better than the Chippendales. The guys have amazing bodies of course, some more attractive in the face that others. Just go! You will not be disappointed! read more

I was debating whether to write this review or not, but wth, it was for my bachelorette party and it deserves to be reviewed =P On our last night in Vegas, my girls got us front row tickets at Thunder, which is located in Excalibur near the left end of the Vegas Strip between Luxor and MGM. Excalibur must not be doing too well since it charges for parking and Thunder is probably what keeps them alive... Walked in and Thunder within the hotel was easy to find with helpful directions. It stated that we needed to print out the tickets, but still got in with electronic versions. Thunder was 75 minutes of funny and interactive show that all women would enjoy, especially on their bachelorette party or out celebrating with the girls. Kudos for 2 men that were in the crowd with their wives, I guess they were being good sports, but not sure why they had even agreed to begin with... because it was pretty hardcore. There was about 8 participants total that they brought out to stage for segments and they typically wore long skirts or pants so I would give that hint to you if you wanted to be picked. Also, they tended to pick participants from the front center or the sides. Oh and don't go up there if you came with your mom and future mother-in-law. Be sure that you're willing to participate before getting up on stage. Jello shots were delicious here so I would recommend that and if anyone wanted a souvenir, they have picture time at the end, of course with cost, so make sure you bring cash. Overall, highly recommended for gno entertainment that will keep you screaming, have mouths open in shock and amazement, and covering your eyes (for some). I enjoyed this show - my friend who had never been to Vegas decided we were going to squeeze this into an already jam-packed 4-day weekend so we managed to snag tickets same day for an 11pm show. It wasn't fully sold out but by the time the show was about to start it was probably at 80% full. The performers are all adorable - muscled to perfection - and seem to enjoy being oogled and lusted after night after night by countless women. It's reasonably priced at about $60 a person and was well-worth that price. At the end of the show you can line up and have your photo taken with the men from the show of your choice for about $20. We didn't do it but we did sit and watch a bunch of other gals doing it - looked fun. I have come to this show more than I care to admit... lol but when you're a single mom who works non stop and you're a quick flight from Vegas, why not take a break there? This show is great however there are the cons that go with the pros. PROS: great music, the guys are hot, and for 20$ they will take a pic with you after the show and they seem to actually have fun with it. With all the ladies (and men) that come to the show it is a fun environment to be in. CONS: the security is awful compared to other shows. Seems like every time I go there is someone who has drank too much and is yelling inappropriate things, or dancing in the walk ways which gets in the way, or can't walk straight. And somehow it always happens where I'm sitting. This last time I went (6/6) a girl was so drunk she tripped on her way to the restroom and knocked over my drink which is not cheap there. I believe after that they kicked her out but if only they caught that before I was out 15$ also it seems like the more young skinny and pretty you are the more attention you get. For me I think I enjoy seeing those that don't look like models the most because it is amazing when those people do get called on stage and they have that look where they look and feel beautiful and confident like they always should. This show can do that... when they wanna. All in all it's a fun show, def a good girls night, hopefully if this is read the can take this and maybe look at security and how vigilant they're being? Also, new dancer Jonesey (I think) so cute and genuinely looks like he's having fun while he's dancing. Breath of fresh air! Not to mention he's so charming to talk to after the show! I can't believe I'm writing this. I can't believe I'm giving it 4 stars. My friend's husband got her tickets for this for her birthday mainly as a lark. She asked me to go and I gigglingly obliged. I've never had any interest to see muscly men with accents snap off their rip-away pants. Never. I went to this show with my tongue planted quite squarely in my cheek and, having done so, I enjoyed every ridiculous moment. Brooke and I laughed and laughed and laughed. The guys are terrible dancers, first of all, but dang it they are giving it all they got. They smell of cocoa butter - pervasively so. They throw out their sweat soaked towels which I thought was disgusting but women went CRAZY over them. Brooke got pulled up on stage and got a towel. We threw it on our significant others when they came to pick us up. You can't go see this show without a sense of humor. It's beefcakes dancing in thongs and there's something inherently funny about that. Also, if you think about it, it's nice to turn the 'dance naked for me, monkey!' tables around for once. read more

Came here about 15 min late last night. The ushers walked us to our seats to find someone sitting in the seats we paid for. They told her she had to move 1 seat back & she did but was drunk & yelling aggressive insults to us throughout the show. clearly this very young woman was provoking a fight & security did nothing to alleviate the chaos. She even threw a drink at us at the venue. I think its shitty to pay for a show only to have to deal with an obnoxious drunk who got mad when asked by the ushers to move from our reserved seats & for security not to even do anything about her not even a warning. It's so much fun to watch. The guys are so friendly. They make sure to walk/run/jump to all corners of the floor as to not leave anyone left out. This is such a fun girls night out show to go to! The theatre is very small and intimate, not really a bad seat in there. However, you will want to be closer to the front and center of the room if you want some personal one on one action from the performers. The soundtrack and music for the entire show was so fun, energetic, and had a good mix of older and newer songs. OMG! This was the best part of my 3 day weekend trip to Las Vegas. If I can give this show a 10 Stars I would. It was so good that I was about to purchase another ticket that was about start in the next hour. The show is about 75 mins long. There is no pic allow. However, they will allow you in one of the acts to take as much pictures & videos as you want. That was extremely nice of them to allow the guest to do that. I was recording the video through my cell phone while my friend was snapping the pics.. This allows us to have everything on camera. You will have some interaction with the male dancers. Some may have more than the others such as a bachelorette parties. (which that is understandable). Sitting in the middle is probably the most interaction you will get. The male dancer put on a great show. NOT one dull moment. The host forget his name was hilarious the entire time. His naughty talk in between acts was extremely entertaining. I highly recommend Australian - Thunder From Down Under to all the ladies out there. The next time I go back to Vegas. I will watch this show again, even if it's the same act. read more
