Great facial but Lidia not so much. I think she only likes a certain type of client is my best guess. So if you don't fit that criteria she's not very welcoming, slightly rude and stoic. Lidia is AMAZING!! As a woman in my late 20's, I was struggling with bad hormonal acne + some recent cystic acne along my chin from having to wear a mask all day at work. I went to her salon for skin analysis and Lidia advised me to have Red carpet facial. Since I was new to microderm facial I didnt want to spent so much without knowing the results of microderm. So I called her to ask if she can customize a facial for me. She didnt sound very happy with my decision of choosing different facial over her suggestion may be because it was less expensive. Lidia is a skincare goddess! I have gone in for two facials now, and after the first one I was completely hooked. I have always had very red/pink undertones to my skin and honestly thought that was just how it was always going to be. Lidia did my initial evaluation and suggested trying to tone down the redness, which I had given up on years ago, and within that very first session literally fixed my skin. She clears up acne scarring, shrinks my pores, and brings my skin from looking like I have a semi-permanent sunburn to a normal mid-tone ivory. It was insane. She was understanding as I was a bit late. The only downside is the parking is difficult in that area. So arrive early to look for parking. Once inside the suite, very beautiful and relaxing. Lidia professionally sits down with you and asks questions to assess your skin needs. You'll fill out an questionnaire. Once you are in the facial room, very relaxing jazz music plays softly as she tends to your skin. I have a long way to go but I trust Lidia to unearth new baby smooth skin in my process. When I left, my skin was soft and supple. Beforehand, I came with a lot of acne scarring and dark spots She recommended a few products to pick up for my daily skin regimen until my next facial. She explained I might experience a few breakouts until all of the sebum and blackheads have slowly sloughed off. Its a process that takes time. I trust her knowledge and insight in the process. She spent a solid 10 minutes just talking with me, prior to even having a look at my skin to determine what I was hoping to achieve. Lidia is the best! She really cares for your skin. I came to her with really bad skin. I made a mistake and tried to wax my sideburns and broke out really bad afterwards. The side of my checks became bumpy and red with puss. I received a microdermabrasion facial along with her squeezing and popping every single pimple. She was really throughly. Afterwards, my skin was so smooth but it was a little red. My pimples were gone and my skin was flat. I did develop some dark spots because my skin was in such bad shape. However, a couple days later I noticed the dark spots was just dead skin and was shedding off my face when I washed it. I was so happy. My skin is now clear. I will forever go to Lidia.
