The minute the clock hits whatever your appointment time, they shoot out a text asking you if you're here. There's zero grace period. I was running five minutes late and they told me they needed to remove a service from what I was scheduled for. The Brazilian itself is less than five minutes. There was no one waiting in the waiting area when I got there and no one waiting when I left. I do acknowledge I was 5 minutes late. However, there's been several incidents I arrived on time to my appointment and had to wait to be called into the service room. On one occasion, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. I also want to emphasise I've been going here for years for the same treatment. A Brazilian. I've been consistent and have had over 12 sessions done, not including the treatments I had at a different business. I'm still getting hair growth. Always feeling rushed with no grace periods, as well as the occasional waiting rubs me the wrong way. How can you make clients wait but when they're a little late, you don't offer them a grace period? Do you not consider that possibly when booking clients or does Sev just overbook their clientele?
