But following a prolonged forced lockdown, a deadly pandemic, at height of vaccine tensions, and a nation adjusting to a new dystopian reality trying not to strangle each other in lines. Yea I think I stopped reading emails more than once a month a year before that. lol. All reasons I highly recommend therapy to people because having an objective third person in the room listening to your narratives and observing your affect can be tremendously helpful to everyone. An experienced therapist can help you navigate through your blind spots, misperception, bad habits, and help you edit a poorly chosen personal narrative or even a nasty internal dialogue. So I would highly recommend making an appointment. My only suggestion would be to simplify what you do for marketing a bit. Not sure what these all mean and clearly a lot of overlaps. And Master NLP Practitioner? That could mean a lot of things and some problematic. Also you need to add more of you with some photos, pet pics, and personal choices. Never got better advice than be yourself, it has a power to resonate that is magic and authentic. Of course nobody tells you that later your eventual goal is to have a disastrous website that nobody reads and barely works because your practice is way past full. Cheers

You dictate how your phone consultation goes. In the end you are given the option to schedule an in-person meeting. The office is in the peaceful area of Kensington. Inside the building is very quiet which created a clam atmosphere. There are many books on personal development to keep you in the mindset of overcoming personal struggles. You are given full privacy during the session. The room is well decorated to provide a homey feeling so you feel a sense of comfort as you share your story. Christensen allows the client to choose the focus of the session. You share and elaborate on what is troubling you and holding you back most, and she will give you a new perspective by breaking down the subconscious mind so you can work on overcoming those problems. The information given is easy to dissect and apply to everyday life. For me, the hypnosis served more as an opportunity to approach my thoughts with a clear head. There are a lot of mediocre counselors, or therapists who perhaps don't quite have the decades of experience necessary to make impactful change, and it's easy to spend months or years with an albeit well-meaning counselor but not see dramatic changes, or even to spin your wheels. That's not the case with Debbie. She truly cares but, what's more, has clearly lived her practice to a degree that makes it possible for her to be effortlessly effective and helpful, and to make room for dramatic change, and in multiple ways. During my time in counseling with Debbie, there have been both the "Ah ha!" moments that help provide clarity, but also the more sustainable, long term shifts under the surface that are arguably even more impactful -- the subtle understandings that occur over time that result in certain patterns of behavior simply falling away. The sound bath, massage, and reiki were amazing in combination. After the session was over she took the time to explain what was going on with my chakras.
