However, anytime I've tried to call the program I've talked to a very rude and arrogant lady, I couldn't get her name because honestly I rather just not talk to her more than I need to. The first time I called to ask for resources to further care for my son, she said I, as a mother need to do my own homework, even though the doctor herself told me to call if I needed any additional information. The lady on the phone went on to be extremely rude, and I've never dealt with anyone doing this because I'm very nice, especially to workers! The second time I called she was very passive aggressive and it just seems that she hates her job! I don't know how or why she would continue to have this attitude on two different occasions when I've been nothing but nice and understanding. Calling this location has been very infuriating because I try very hard to keep my composure because I understand that working with children with autism can be challenging, but having a selfish attitude with mothers for no reason at all is unacceptable. A BCBA was not assigned, the correct therapists were not assigned, scheduling needs were not meet, and the company does not take accountability for their faults. ABA services are only effective if the team is trained, motivated, collaborative and consistent- qualities that IBH does not currently possess.

Cassandra is the clinical director of Promise ABA, and we just started communicating with Anna under Cassandra's expert supervision. Nellie is our current, new ABA BT. As a parent, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right support for your child, but the team here has been very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone we've interacted with has been kind and friendly, and they make the environment feel comfortable for both kids and parents. My son's BCBA, Lana, has been amazing. She's very easy to talk to and always takes the time to listen. She gives really helpful feedback and is great at helping us problem-solve when challenges come up. One thing that meant a lot to me was that she came with us to my son's IEP meeting to support us. That level of care and involvement really shows how much she cares about the kids and families she works with. We're very grateful for the support my son has received here and for the team that works with him every day.

Ms Mariah is the best! We are extremely lucky to have found her. My son has ADHD and it took a few…read moremonths to receive the diagnosis but Mariah recognized the help he needed and started working with him right away. She provides in classroom support which is where he has needed the most help to learn how to control his impulses with peers (i.e., hitting, biting) and she has also provided parental training so I can continue to reinforce and utilize the skills to help him thrive. My son is in a new preschool now (moved him to have a lower peer ratio) and the directors and teachers from each school have both said what a blessing she is.
