He's had some of the same therapists since the beginning which I'm grateful for! Angel, Angie, Mary, Diana, Briea, Rachel and Torie are all amazing!!! I am grateful for them all for helping my son as much as possible! He's made tremendous progress since he started! The only reason for give 4 stars is the "calling in sick" policy for the employees. I've always had an issue with it because they have the therapists call you(the client) one hour before the session starts and they ask you to call the office to cover that session. From all my experience of costumer service and working at a office, I always had to call the night before or 3 or 4 hours before my shift started to call in or It was my responsibility to get my OWN shift covered, if I can't get my shift covered I had to call my manager to get it covered. Don't think it's right it's on the client to get their shifts covered. My son gets dropped off right when they open too and a couple times a week the door is locked and their late. I understand traffic and emergencies happened but for it to happen every week is a bit much sometimes. That's my only complaint until it gets resolved. Other than that I do love this place and what it stands for and the staff is always friendly

They did not provide my brother with the services or supports that were discussed and made clear that he needed. A BCBA was not assigned, the correct therapists were not assigned, scheduling needs were not meet, and the company does not take accountability for their faults. ABA services are only effective if the team is trained, motivated, collaborative and consistent- qualities that IBH does not currently possess.

The staff, including Azadeh and the management team, are some of the kindest, most caring, and personable people I have ever met. They genuinely care about each member of the team and consistently go above and beyond for us. The management is extremely approachable and treats every employee with dignity, respect, and a positive attitude. As a mother of young children, having a company that is understanding, flexible, and caring is essential, and IBH embodies all these qualities. They provide extensive training and consistently check in to ensure that employees feel supported. IBH feels like a big family where everyone is heard, understood, and respected. I feel truly blessed to work for a company that deeply cares about its employees.

The focus during the sessions is to work on skills such as impulse control, transitions, and self maintenance (such as dressing himself). I love the transparency - I get to sit in the entire session and there is usually an assistant and a couple observers which is nice. It is nice because my son needs to become more comfortable in situations where more than just one other person is present. Since he started the OT sessions with Misael, my son's impulse control has improved noticeably. I am not sure why this facility overall has a low rank. However, the Autism Clinic has been terrific for my son. Without hesitation, if you are looking for OT to help your kiddo with ASD check out this place and ask for Misael.

My child had less problems before Wylie Center which leads me to wonder how much therapy there really was. The care, concern, and FOLLOW THRU was not there nor the ability to treat a child with TBI causing depression. Told me I was agressive because I finally said NOOOO very loud and firmly, enough was enough LISTEN when I say something. Now I understand why there is only a 2.5 star rating. Never will I refer anyone to this center. PJ

We went through every obstacle together and every little milestone together , the program focuses on your child's individual needs and addresses their concerns, there is no judgment in this community on your child's behavior ! We were all there for the same help ,I could not thank Evelin and Fedra enough and the Behavior therapist and subs he has had in between the love and care and patience they had for my son I could not put In words they became our family and our safe haven , one of the greatest additions in the last year was their new BCA Maria , she supports the BTS as well as the family's and i was so greatful for the support all the time , the check ins , and the programs created for my child, if your looking for a spot that you want your child to succeed this school is it, thank you Dream big for truly the best 4 years together.

The current team of technicians have a strong bond, work well together, and maintain a positive culture amongst themselves . Most of us do the best we can with the limited resources and materials available. Unfortunately, DB prioritizes appearances and aesthetics over the actual quality of care being provided. There is a heavy focus on keeping the center visually appealing with "approved" toys and decor, but many of the materials are outdated or not engaging for children who have been attending the center for years. Another major concern is the lack of effective support from upper leadership and some clinical staff. Programs are frequently recycled instead of being individualized, and there is not enough meaningful support provided on the floor. Management also seems more focused on enforcing cleanliness and threatening us with write-ups than supporting staff or improving client care. The environment has become increasingly hostile, and there is a noticeable disconnect between the core values and how employees are treated day to day. The turnover rate is high for a reason. Many experienced BTs leave because there is little room for growth, minimal recognition, and limited pay advancement despite job postings suggesting otherwise. It also feels like tenured employees who speak up or advocate for themselves are often pushed out instead of supported. That said, the relationships among the BTs and the consistency with many clients are what kept this experience positive for as long as it was.

She unfortunately left so he was placed with someone different. He only lasted 3 weeks before I decided to pull him. First week with her he was fine. The next two he repeatedly told me he didn't want to go anymore. And that he wanted a new "teacher". Well his last day I witnessed abuse. My child dropped a mask on the ground when he saw her approaching. I asked him to pick up and he refused. She grabbed him from underneath his arms and plopped him on his butt as if he was a rag doll. Very forcefully had him pick up the mask by hand over hand. Then scooped him back up. He was crying and crying. I was so shocked and it made me realize why he suddenly didn't want to come anymore. To this day I regret how I reacted-or should I say didn't react, but I was so dumbfounded by it. Again it's been a little over a year since this happened. I don't know if that female is still there-Hasmik Hambardzumyan. Had he never been around her I'd leave 5 stars

Anyone living with children or other family members with autism know that there is not a quick fix and that there will be ups and downs in therapy and as your child/family member grows up.
