All workers there treat the patients with the upmost care. Our 2 weeks there were wonderful. Best PT & OT staff I've ever seen. Fast forward 12/30/25 my husband was moved there by Memorial Hospital after he was there for 2 weeks with GBS. We were there for 17 days. They worked with him & today he was able to come home. 2nd time he's had GBS in 34 years. Staff was incredible-especially Dr J & NP "Jay" OT & PT awesome 5 Star plus in every way. This place opens at 8 am, I took my employee here to get check due to worker's comp injury. We got…read morehere at 7:30, one of the employee saw us and let us in so we can start the paper works and so they can see him when they open. That was really nice of her. Two hours later, 9:30 am, they finally called my employee who was in pain just to let him sit around for another 30 minutes waiting for the Xray. We finally got the result on the Xray and no broken or fracture bone. That's a good thing. And the doctor told us that's it, my employee was ok and he can go back to work with restriction. I asked the doctor does he need a sling or at least a cold pack to lower the swelling, she said no. I was floored. I finally asked the nurse or assistant to at least clean up the laceration and the blood. She agreed and cleaned him up and bandaged the laceration. She also gave us a cold pack to lower the swelling. That was nice of her. The doctor or nurse practitioner here sucks! the medical assistants and nurses rocks. If we have a choice, I will never go back here.

The location is great- and the physical therapy she received was wonderful. With tips to help her once she was home and by herself! They even had me bring my car so that she could practice on how to get in and get out.

She quickly got to know and identified his needs- I had never seen my son calm down and focus like he did on our second session. Equally as important, she gives excellent education for us as his family. She explains the process and helps develop tools so we can help him at home. Now we understand his sensory needs, and we have a sensory diet to follow. We have tools to actually help him when he's disregulated, where we used to feel powerless. We've been to other OT's, but worked to come back and work with Priscilla as soon as we could. She had truly helped us understand our child better, and forever changed our lives in the process.
