Be aware of this place! The five star reviews are for the previous owner and business "five star auto body" I took my car there after it was rear ended the owner promised me the car within two weeks. A month went by and the car wasn't ready. My rental was due back and when I called them on the last day I was given the run around. Business has been sold. They didn't complete all insurance paper work so I had to pay out of pocket and have the insurance company reimburse me. Upon picking up the car I noticed the quality of work was very poor. Paint already peeling off, foggy tail lights because they used cheap aftermarket, bumpers not aligned properly, trim tabs broken, gouge on my new tire, filthy interior, swirl marks all over the car because they did a quick wash. When I confronted the owner he basically said I can't help you because I sold the business so you have to deal with the new ownership. So I went back to meet with Fernando the manager. I stood there waiting for him while he spent 30 mins on the phone ignoring the customer in front of him. When I finally started leaving he came and tried to help me. They ended up taking the car back to fix the issues but boy did they screw up again. Other then fixing the peeling paint they gave me the car back in worst shape. Broken trim tabs, stripped screws, they cut up and ripped apart things they shouldn't have. I don't believe they have the experience to work on European cars. I sent Fernando another message and have yet to get a response from him. So please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. SCAMMERS!!! This place is a complete scam operation. Cesar Perez and Gino Barrance are running a shady, dishonest business. They kept our family's Ram truck for over SIX MONTHS, constantly giving us excuses and lies. When we finally got it back, it was clear they had used junkyard parts without telling us. We took the truck straight to a certified Ram dealership afterward, and the mechanics there confirmed it, used parts, poor workmanship, and a complete hack job. The dealership literally told us we got scammed. This shop operates like a chop shop. There's no transparency, no accountability, and clearly no integrity. It's hard not to suspect they're involved in insurance fraud or other shady business. They lied to us, dragged the job out, and handed back a vehicle that's worse off than before. Stay far away from Auto 360 Garage. They are not mechanics, they are con artists. Report them if you've had a similar experience. read more

I do not normally write reviews unless absolutely necessary, but please do not be fooled by their five-star rating. Based on my experience, Auto 360 Body Shop (formerly 5 Star Body Shop) is far from a five-star business. I had a minor accident back in October 2024 and, fooled by their five-star review, took my car to this shop and let them coordinate with my insurance. That was my mistake. They negotiated directly with the insurance adjuster and set a price of $7,000 for work that could have been done for less than $2,000. They then kept my car for more than two weeks for this minor repair. I grew suspicious when I stopped by and discovered that my car was missing. They claimed it was in the paint section and that I was not allowed to see it. Right after I challenged them about the delays and my car's whereabouts, they returned it--only for me to find that the interior was disastrously dirty. A couple of months later, I noticed a very bad smell in my car. After looking everywhere, I opened the trunk and found that the mats were soaked with water where the work had been done. I dried them and took the car back to the shop. They acknowledged that this issue was due to their work, took my car for a day, and returned it, saying it was fixed. However, when I tested it by hosing it down from the outside, I discovered the issue had not been resolved. I took the car back again. This time, they kept it for a week and returned it with a significant amount of visible glue (not kidding) around my tail light to stop the water. It was a disaster. I have since reached out to my insurance for follow-up. They have attempted to assist, but every time I call, I speak with someone new who has no knowledge of my previous discussions. They keep apologizing and promising to get back to me. Please, stay away from this business. Period. read more

I have never seen work done better than the guys at Five Star were able to do. When you have a simple fix, most body shops will be able to do it. But in my case, it was a very complicated job and these guys did it immaculately. At the end, you would never know anything even happened to the car; all panels, bumper and trunk were lined up perfectly, the paint job is beautiful! Our very low mileage 2010 Toyota Sienna was involved in a collision. Had to replace the RT front quarter panel, bumper cover and headlight. There was also some minor scratches and a small dent in rear quarter panel. Well the insurance wanted to total it of course. Rather than deal with salvage title or worse having to find another vehicle Boris worked up repairs that insurance would cover and title would be whole. The shop did a great job with the repairs, rubbed out the scratches and did a couple of other cosmetic things. Happy to have a clean title and the trusty van back on the road.
