A week ago, I called Peter and told him that the front bumper of my car was slightly coming loose, and I wasn't sure what had happened. I was prepared to pay for the repair, but to my surprise, Peter asked me to take some photos and send them to him first. He then told me that whenever I had time, I could bring the car in, and they would take care of it within about 30 minutes -- completely free of charge. Today, I brought my car to the shop. During the inspection, they found that there were some other issues underneath the car and that a few parts needed to be replaced. Peter still kindly helped me get everything fixed without charging me anything. I truly appreciate Peter's kindness and generosity, and I felt very touched by the way they treated me. My Tesla Model Y was backed into in a parking lot on a Friday morning, damaging multiple panels. Dealing with insurance and repairs was the last thing I wanted to add to my schedule. Exceptional service deserves to be recognized, and that's exactly why I'm writing this review. I first reached out to JP Auto Body on Yelp around 4:00 PM on a Friday. They close at 5:00 PM, so they could have easily waited until Monday to respond. Instead, they got back to me at 4:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing. That small gesture immediately told me they genuinely cared about their customers. Since I didn't see the message until after they had closed, I called the next morning. Tony answered and somehow found a way to fit me into their already busy Saturday schedule. From our conversations over the phone and meeting him in person, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping people. He was professional, reassuring, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. At the shop, I met Peter, the General Manager, who inspected my car and handled everything with the insurance company. His knowledge was obvious within minutes. He explained every step of the process clearly and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car with them. I dropped my car off the following Monday after getting a rental. He didn't have to do that, but he did because he wanted to make the process as easy as possible for me. When I picked up my car, I honestly couldn't believe it. It looked brand new. I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to my cars, so I inspected every panel, gap, and finish. Everything looked factory quality. You would never know it had been in an accident. Every person I interacted with at JP Auto Body was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared. They don't just repair vehicles. They take care of people during one of the most stressful experiences a car owner can have. Everyone says it's good to know a guy. If you ever need body work, JP Auto Body is that shop. Some idiot rear ended my car when I was at a stoplight. I say idiot because it wasn't a sudden stop and the other driver had *plenty* of time to react and stop if they hadn't been doing whatever (I have no idea what the hell they were doing, probably staring at their phone or something). Anyway, after cross referencing reviews for multiple shops, I decided on JP Auto Body, and I'm so glad I did! I worked with John, and he was amazing. He's friendly, proactively provided updates so I wasn't left wondering about the progress of repair, and took care of navigating insurance, from working with the adjuster to getting the estimate approved. I got my car bumper to be fixed. The customer service here is not good. The main lady here has an attitude. The other worker there were nicer. The owner Joe is not professional at all. When I had my bumper done and it was ready, he wasn't even there to show me the work they did. They just gave me my key and wanted their payment of the deductible. My 2026 M4 Comp was rear ended on 101. Needless to say I wanted the very best for my practically new M4. I did some research and JP came highly recommended both online and my BMW service advisor. I just picked up my car today after JP Auto Body repaired a dent on my car's liftgate. The moment that I saw my car and then stepped in, I was like, WOW - it's as close to a new car as it's ever been since I bought it new a year ago. Not only that the dent was flawlessly repaired and the whole finish was like the original shinny factory color (they're BMW certified and BMW dealerships use JP to repair their cars), but also that the interior of the car was literally dustless and cleaned like new. Technically the excellent repair job was not a surprise since they repaired our other car (Acura MDX) 7 years ago with a significant paint job, and the paint is still shiny as new today. That's why I chose them to repair my car (BMW X7) again this time. Today, I'm finally on summer break and I came to JP AUTOBODY to fix my passenger side's car window. Unfortunately, someone tried to break into my car and they left long cracks on my window. So recently I was unfortunately hit by a Tesla driver and needed some help. I needed a body shop that can quote me well on the damages and take good care of the vehicle that I love and use a lot. Somewhere trustworthy..and I honestly had @ren_motorsports in mind at first. They do amazing great work, but the person needed wasn't around at the time. Dennis from @ren_motorsports referred me to @jp.autobody and to go directly to Peter. This entire thing might sound cliche and like an advertisement, but that's literally how good the process went- the transaction was smooth and good from start to finish. Beyond excellent customer service from not just Peter, but also from the rest of the staff (even though they had nothing to do with this issue!). Peter was very transparent and helpful the entire way and listened to everything I wanted and all of my concerns. . . . On the day of pick up, I saw my Acura RDX as if it were brand new from the dealership. He made sure he addressed all the issues not 100% but instead 150% perfect. The bumper was fixed. Alignment was perfect. Wheels were aligned. Got me a brand new wheel and was able to keep the damaged one so I can use it as a spare (not easy to do with insurance claims). Returned the RDX exterior and interior looking brand new. and for me, this part is important- the seats, mirrors, settings, nothing was adjusted. I personally don't like it when a vehicle is returned and everything was tampered with. It's expected and normal, but this time was a first and that made me happy. They treated this like it was better than their own. . . . Before leaving, Peter briefed me on everything that was done. After getting my vehicle fixed, I am convinced no one can POSSIBLY beat their friendly service AND quality craftsmanship they have provided. I want give a special shoutout to the shop manager Aaron Kesler for being the absolute best. Not only did he work with my insurance on my behalf, he also actively kept me up-to-date throughout the process, and even went above and beyond on certain aspects of the repair. Aaron also put up with my overbearing inquisitiveness, both when I dropped off the vehicle as well as when I picked it up (I can be a bit too much sometimes). Do I wish to come again? Not if I don't have to! But will I choose to come here again if I get into another fender bender? Absolutely!!
