It's only about a mile away from D&G Auto Repair in Watertown. He was absolutely right! From the first phone call, Vatche (the owner) was incredibly helpful. He gave me clear directions to his shop, making it super easy to find. Once I arrived, he kindly offered me a ride to a local place while he worked on my car for a couple of hours. He dropped me off at the nearby library and picked me up 90 minutes later, talk about superb customer service! When I returned, I was thrilled to see my 2017 Subaru Outback wagon driver seat looking brand new. Vatche took the time to explain the repair process, showed me the part he removed, and even gave me a quick tour of his shop. A1 Auto Upholstery can truly handle anything from collectible luxury cars to boats and all kinds of leather work. The turnaround time was fast, the quality top-notch, and the price fair. Calling him at 2:00 PM on a Friday in August and getting the work done immediately felt like a miracle. Vatche is a rare find: professional, kind, and incredibly generous. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you need upholstery work done, don't look anywhere else!

My cats destroyed the fabric, and the chair moved to the basement, where it remained until we moved to a new house about a month ago. I almost threw the chair out, but couldn't bear the thought of parting with it. So I contacted Vinny at Miro Upholstery, and he couldn't have been nicer. I went to the store to pick out a fabric, and Vinny suggested that I take some fabric books home. He gave me several books, my husband and I went through them and selected one. Miro picked up the chair and the fabric books, and today, about a month later, the chair was delivered. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. New foam, new fabric, they touched up the wood - it's an antique chair that looks brand new. I'm completely thrilled. This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Miro Upholstery.

By the time I brought it in, the guys said that the best thing to do was scour junkyards for a new front seat and just replace the whole thing. They were incredibly helpful before I even paid a cent, directing me to potential junkyards that might have my model and cheerfully taking multiple phone calls to verify that the seat I found would fit my model of car. When I finally brought her in for surgery, they only charged us $20 to put the new seat in, despite having to do more work than expected to get the seat-belt retro fit. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will bring them any car I have in the future that needs interior work.
