John was so professional. He showed up on time and nothing felt rushed, he took his time and did a phenomenal job. Prices were quite fair and he stayed in communication with me the whole time... he texted me updates that i appreciated because i had a toddler napping inside. Speaking of I have two toddlers and I was so impressed with how well he cleaned the row where they sit. Honestly it looks better then when we took it home from the dealership! I will most certainly be using John again and recommending him to my family!

So happy with our car detailing! Spotless. Even did the trunk even though we forgot to empty it. Highly recommend!

So this is the second time that I called John to rescue me from the mess I made out of my wife's new car.

I went in to get the salt off my car, and plus in these winter conditions, having a wax coating helps. I take pride in my vehicle, so I went for The Works. Touchless to preserve the paint. It could very well be that I am pulling this out of thin air, but it felt like the most basic of washes. A coating of soap, a rinse, blow dry, and out the door you go. All of the extra bells and whistles from The Works package to make my vehicle look extra crisp seemed to be MIA. Not only that, when I got home 10 minutes after going through the tunnel, I found only the top of my car had gotten properly cleaned. One could argue that what I was seeing was salt from those 10 minutes. However, spots where I had run my hand several days prior was still visibly cleaner. Like I said: just wait for a rainstorm courtesy of the Man above, rather than throwing $20 to the wind. Oh, and one final nail in the coffin: water spots galore. Superfans of my "reviewalyses" will know how much I love when I get my car washed, and then I have to go home and finish the job. When stopping in and seeing that Prestige was in the process of taking this wash over I thought "Oh great, another local car wash gobbled up by the growing monster which is Prestige. Afterwards, I am left hoping that Prestige can salvage the dumpster-fire that is the Hancock Street Car Wash.

My car was absolutely covered in pollen and had been nailed by a few birds. Because my car is lower to the ground and has a carbon fiber front spoiler, I cannot go to a traditional drive-through car wash. I either do the "touchless" or do it myself. Because of the severity of the job, I decided to use their self-service bay. The first thing I noticed was the pressure of the water - it was very strong! Which is good for removing bird crap, dried sap, tar, and all that brake dust. The cost is $1/min, so be ready to spend an easy $15-20 depending on how thorough you are. The air dryer was powerful, but I did have to drive to a second bay because it was broken in the first bay. It took an additional 10 minutes of drying to complete the car. Total cost was about $25.00, but my car was definitely cleaner (and dryer) than a regular touchless wash. I believe the pricing for a Platinum wash is $21, and unlimited is $35/mo (less if you buy a 12-month contract). I thought that the layout of the property made sense and that the focus was definitely on the car wash bays and free vacuums. The only other place I go to that is similar is Rojo's in Norwood which is a little closer to my house. I would rank Prestige as slightly better than Rojo's. Rojo's is a gas station with a car wash (and their car wash prices are high for what you get, in my opinion). I will definitely be back to Prestige, especially since it's on the way home from work. I'd say skip the air drying and bring your own chamois, or drive home and wipe your car down in your driveway, unless you don't mind spending the extra $10 to use the air gun. For what it's worth, my car was yellow the next morning. Gotta love pollen season :)

I submitted a request to have them look at it and if a damage claim was possible. They quickly refused saying that 1) they are not responsible for any damage not reported before you leave a location 2) that 'damage over time' cant be proven to be their fault and 3) since I reported using multiple locations that no single location can be held responsible. Cowards. They know what these systems do to to paint. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.
