John was fast and did an excellent and thorough job doing an interior detail of my car. I used to go to another detailer prior to him, however the prices of the other places started to get a little crazy and I could no longer afford that rate. I'm so thankful John keeps his prices reasonable while keeping the quality to the standard of an absolute professional. He detailed my car right outside of my window and saw him every step of the way - vacuuming, shampooing, conditioning, and applying finishing to the leather. Amazing Car Detail !!!!!! John cleaned and detailed my both cars and they look better than when I got them new !!!!! The seats on my Jeep were full of coffee stains and a long time there . Not only the stains came out but every seat looks incredibly clean !!!!! He comes right to your house and you can seat inside until he is done !!!! This is an overdue review because I had this done in February, but better later than never. It's really 4.5 stars, but since that's not an option, I rounded up. I messaged around on Yelp for interior car detailing services and pricing and A1 was the cheapest by far. John was quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. John came to my apartment to clean, which made things easy. He stayed about 3.5 hours and at the end, my car looked amazing. It was like I'd just bought it again. I was very impressed. The reason I would take off half a star is because he put down paper "mats" over the floor mats, which I left on, but when I lifted them up later, I saw the floor mats weren't as clean as the rest of the car. I have some weird sticky stain on the driver's side (I stepped in something at a rest stop and it stuck to my floor mat) that was still there. It didn't look like it was even attempted to be cleaned off, so I'm a little disappointed in that, though I didn't point it out prior. Regardless, overall my car looked wonderful, and for the price, it truly can't be beat. I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes. read more

Needed an 06 Toyota Highlander that had been sitting outdoors for two years unused detailed inside and out. Not only did John come to my residence but he also had all of his own water and supplies. The inside of the vehicle looks absolutely brand new and the exterior is clean as a whistle. The old owner was a smoker and between the cleaning and product he used, the car smells brand new! Wow!! Will go in detail below, but the short version is: quality of interior detailing, spectacular. Quality of communication, outstanding. I wish I had a second car just so I could give him more business! Interior detailing: When John said that he could have my car looking as good as new, I honestly didn't believe him - my car has 12 years of stains and a funky smell - but apparently John can work magic! Years of coffee stains have vanished, there's absolutely no gross moldy smell remaining, and there's no smell of heavy chemicals which is a huge plus. John even texted me to ask which light scent he should use! I honestly cannot understand how a car went from looking so bad to so good... My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures, because it's that remarkable!! Communication: For some background, I had tried using a different service that I had found on yelp, and they had canceled my booked appointment, ignored my calls/voicemails, and tried to keep my appointment deposit! After that experience, I was very skeptical of trying to have someone come to the house, but decided to give it one more try. When I reached out to him, he instantly texted back. I explained that I had a difficult schedule and wouldn't be able to be at home during the day, but I could leave the car unlocked. He told me it was no problem as long as it didn't auto lock (very thoughtful!). We agreed to an appointment time, and he said he would let me know when he got there and when he left. First thing in the morning, when he recognized he was going to be an hour later than he had originally thought, he reached out to me to update me - amazing communication! He let me know when he began working, how the work went, and as I mentioned above, asked which scent I would prefer. I was so impressed by this communication, and how seamless the entire process was. If you don't have a car, I would recommend you get one just to have it detailed by John! Very highly recommended! read more

John did an outstanding job detailing my car inside & out! He was punctual, professional, very meticulous and well-priced. I would not hesitate to call upon him again. He also took the necessary COVID-19 precautions and left every surface sanitized. The fabric seats, carpets and mats were vacuumed and shampooed and all interior spaces were cleaned, protected and shined. The exterior was hand washed and any stuck-in grime was removed leaving the paint smooth. John then polished the exterior to remove light scratches, and applied a sealant that will protect the paint against the elements for up to 12 months. The wheels were also cleaned and shined. John did an absolutely amazing and thorough job detailing our Lexus RX350 both inside and out. We bought it used as is so there was some work to be done but by the time he was done it looked brand new. John was available and extremely responsive. He also said he would be here for about 5 hours to get the job done thoroughly. Not that I didn't trust him, but the car didn't seem to have much mess so I assumed he'd take the opportunity to call it quits early. To my pleasant surprise he was here over 6 hours!!
