They are usually pretty busy during lunch time and on weekends, but never too busy and worth the wait. The employees really make the place a 5 star experience. I have gotten my car detailed here severals times and they do a great job, my car looks like a brand new car every time I get it detailed. I like that I can easily book appointments online and that the pricing is pretty transparent, this is only nice and modern place in the Boston area and I'll continue to go here since the staff is always very pleasant. The first time I went, I was a little embarrassed; my cars interior was full of leaves and dirt from the winter/spring. This place has a full crew working on the car. The basic full service includes vacuuming and dusting inside, then wash outside, for $37.50! And they are doing a consistently good job, in less than 20 min! Small waiting area, but you don't have to linger for long. As part of this review, I posted a photo with the add-ons, a VIP spa menu for cars. You can get your car pampered at any level you wish! Went around 10am weekday and there was only one car ahead of me! Recommended exterior wash first and then interior cleaning. - $28 for basic interior: windows, carpet-seats-mats, dash-console-door jams - approx 20 minutes while you wait - small clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tv, 10 seats, bathroom - ATM The BEST part is you can see the cars running thru the wash and there is a squirt gun you can aim at the cars! After purchasing a used 2025 BMW 540i, I noticed a persistent grinding noise from the brakes at low speeds. I took it to the dealership as it is under warranty. They confirmed the noise but told me that the pads were recently replaced and they can't help me. I called John and described the issue and John asked me to bring it the next day. Although he could not reproduce the noise during inspection, based on my description, he suspected the problem was due to second tier BMW brake pads and recommended replacing them with OEM pads and he gave me a very competitive price. I hesitated a bit given that the pads on it were only 2 months old but then decided to trust his judgment, and he was absolutely right. Once the OEM pads were installed, the brakes became completely silent. The difference was immediate and dramatically improved my driving experience. John was professional, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Catalano Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, expert automotive service.
