I'd purchased my very first car from them. Great staff, fair price on the car. I'm sad that they are no longer in business.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in March 2026. I fully understand that it is a used…read morevehicle, and I did not expect it to be in brand-new condition. However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified. According to Acura's Master Technician: 1. One of the struts is leaking oil, and the leak is clearly not recent. The component is covered with dirt and grime that has accumulated over time, indicating that the failure existed long before the vehicle was sold to me. The technician estimates that the leak has likely been present for at least six months to a year. 2. A suspension bushing is completely torn and deteriorated. According to the technician's assessment, this level of damage could not have developed within the three months since I purchased the vehicle. It is consistent with wear and deterioration that existed prior to the sale. In addition, I later discovered documentation related to previous repairs and vehicle conditions that were never disclosed or explained to me during the purchase process. My primary concern is not that the vehicle is used. My concern is that significant suspension and safety-related issues appear to have existed before the sale and were not disclosed. Buyers deserve complete and transparent information about the actual condition of the vehicles they are purchasing, especially when it involves components that directly affect safety, ride quality, and vehicle handling. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what occurred, I cannot recommend this dealership. I believe honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of known vehicle conditions are essential to maintaining customer trust and conducting business fairly.

This experience with Orlando Dodge was unacceptable…read more After my vehicle was serviced, the coolant cap was left loose, which worsened over several days of normal driving and eventually led to coolant leaking and engine damage. This was not something I caused--it was the result of improper reassembly during service. I was later told the work was performed by the service manager, which makes the mistake and lack of accountability even more alarming. After months of being delayed and left without resolution, the issue was escalated to the general manager, Luke, who attempted to shift the blame onto me by stating the vehicle arrived with low coolant and that the damage was therefore my fault. That statement is false. The truck was not critically low on coolant when it was brought in, and I paid for them to run diagnostics. I had it inspected by two independent mechanics, both of whom confirmed the damage was consistent with a coolant cap left loose, not owner negligence. While the dealership offered to tow the vehicle at first, trust had already been completely lost due to their lack of responsiveness and refusal to take responsibility. I ultimately had to take my truck elsewhere to have the issue properly handled. A dealership's leadership should stand behind their work. Orlando Dodge did the opposite. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be filing complaints everywhere, with anyone who will listen as well as filing in small claims court.

Prior to us deciding we wanted to tow it here I called to make sure it was okay. The woman on the phone said she doesn't work at the location she can only schedule service but that it should be fine to show up. I trusted what she said and towed the car there. When we arrived it took a while before we were approached by anyone. A sales man told us that someone in the area we were standing at should be able to help us. I approached a young man behind a screen and he said he was available. We told him what happened and he told us they were booked for the day but could try and squeeze in the car. We were not in a hurry we just wanted our car to be looked at carefully and accurately. We left the car there and went home. This was around 12pm. Around 4pm the same day we had a call and voice mail letting us know to call back because they diagnosed the problem. We called back many times and reached a lady who said she doesn't work at the location but would pass the message along. We never got a call back, until mid morning the next day. We were so worried about our car for the remainder of the night and the following morning. A direct line to the dealership would be nice. We moved forward with service and got our car back the next day. The total cost was around $1,200.

This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

I ended up dropping my truck off and loved that they send a text with areas of concern that you can pick and choose what items you want serviced outside of the oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor gets a 5 star but the tech who serviced my vehicle gets a 1 star because he stated I was in need of a new battery which is false. I literally replaced my battery not even 6 months ago and after I picked my suv up I took it to my mechanic to run a battery test and it was good! Nissan didn't mention other issues that I had concerns with and then they didn't even top off my washer fluid ! Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.
