I was involved in a minor truck accident right after we had the big snow storm last week. During…read morethe accident my driver side rear tail light was torn off and destroyed. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they had a replacement lighting assembly, but they did not. They did happily order me one from another location and it arrived the next morning. All they needed to order the part was my truck make, model, and year. Their software system told them exactly which lighting assembly to order. It was a very easy process, and the employees were all great to deal with. They were very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. While I was there, I also bought a set of hex wrenches to install the lighting assembly back on to my truck. I would highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts if you need anything for your vehicle.

Called about the appointment and how to get the phone ready by turning off find my phone. Drove 30 mins for the appointment and they told me the computer automatically cancelled the appointment and they didn't have the part and could not help. There was no sorry or just no part and goodbye. I'm a repeat customer but there's no excuse for not apologizing or calling in advance of the appointment and saying they needed to cancel bc the part is not in stock. Wasted an hour of my time.

I initially looked up Google to find them in Bixby (by the large Walmart), but I discovered that they're CLOSED for good so I called them up and learned that they only have the 41st and Sheridan store now in Tulsa. So I loaded everything up to make a trip for this journey. I could parked right in front of the store which was nice. The store was very tidy and clean as well. The staff who was working at the time was not only courteous but also very professional. While I was waiting for him, he was helping another customer out about a battery for a vehicle, he was so caring to the customer I thought the customer was a friend of his. With attitude like that, no wonder why Amazon can't put them out of business. Anyway, I got all my UPS units batteries replaced smoothly without any issues. All the batteries even have a year of warranty. It's much better than getting them online. This store is very clean and tidy. I would definitely go back.

Had called store to see if the return would be possible without the boxes cause we threw them away for the alternator and spark plugs, thinking we wouldn't have to return them, and when we got to the store the assistant manager Rachelle didn't want to honor their return policy, yelled and argued with me, and was very unprofessional.
