We called in advance to see if they were able to swap out my dad's metal band to a leather one and they said they did and gave me a price range. We entered and it was a bit hard to find but if you see the Yutaka sign, it's right next to it. We walked in and asked about what we had called about earlier and the employee took us to the bands after measuring it. They ranged from $19-$29 which was very affordable. They didn't even charge for labor and our total out the door was $27 and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Great and fast service. This is my to go place for clock and watch repair. The staff is very knowledgeable about antique, vintage and modern timepieces. I recently took a modern wrist watch that belongs to one of my nephews for battery replacement. Three other shops could not or would not change the battery. The store where the watch was purchased said they would have to return it the factory. That would take six to eight weeks. Fortunately the young man who waited on me whispered. Take it to Espigares Watches & Clocks. He said if anyone in town can change the battery they could. The young man was correct. The repairman recognized the watch brand. And did not hesitate to change the battery for $10. The major issue with this watch is the size is enormous. I have never seen something so large and heavy to wear on the arm. I think it is bigger than most wall clocks. I deal in antiques. And do sell antique, and some vintage clocks. I will Take my clocks here in the future for maintenance. The prices are more reasonable and turnaround time is faster than other shops I use. read more

The Espigares brothers have a great shop and provide quality service. I brought them a heirloom family clock that my mom received as a gift in 1960 which quit working. George told me that it was worn out and parts were not available. I found a similar one on eBay and bought it. George took the works from that one and modified it to fit my mom's clock. it worked beautifully and I can now pass mom's clock to my children. They have also been repairing and cleaning my watches for 20 years. These guys are professionals and personalize their services. Highly recommended. read more

Both my mom and I have cuckoo clocks and they can at times be very temperamental if not hanging exactly right or pendulum not placed correctly, etc. These guys have helped us out so many times and always have information for us to continue loving and maintaining our awesome clocks!
