The air conditioning was out on the third day. The electricity went out and spoiled all of the food that we were cooking the whole time we were there. My son was making videos of the rats that were coming out from underneath the sink and going around the cabinet and eating our dog food and then whenever we left there we got an additional $300 cost and getting rid of all of the bed bugs that we got while we received while we were staying in their cabins. I have made several attempts to reach out to the company to get some kind of refund for our stay and the arrogant owner or his staff never even took the time to call us back. They laughed on our face and told us they would not give us any kind of refund and if we don't come back they don't care. Unfortunately, sometimes when you travel from Texas all the way up to like West Virginia and you don't know anybody. You don't know who to choose and we made the worst choice we could have. There are other companies out there that have amazing people and they take care of their people. I just wish we would have chosen differently. The only thing good about our experience was the young lady that cleaned and service the units. Her name was Sissy. She was an amazing and she tried to help us the best she could. But when you work for a company that's in control she had no control but she tried so. Thank you Sissy........... P.S. The only reason I gave this company a one star. After placing my reservation on the release night in July , 2020, I did extensive research on what dealer to select to complete my order. With over 3,000 Ford dealers in the United States of America, Stephens Auto is the only Ford dealer I could find willing to offer a discount off invoice AND put this offer in writing in plain English!!! http://www.stephensauto.com/2021-bronco/ John and his Stephens Bronco team are heavily vested in the emerging and fiercely loyal Ford Bronco community and related groups and sites. John would likely classify me as a Bronco "Super Fan." As such, I am actively involved in most of these in person and online groups and forums. Many members of these communities (and possibly competing dealers) openly trolled my posts, saying that Stephens Auto Center was "over committing" and I would likley see my order in the year 2022+! While the true test will be in the final delivery, corresponding pricing, and the commitment of "no surprises", to date, John has responded in all of my detailed questions with a sense of urgency and corresponding level of detail. The manufacturing delays and the related extended wait for this vehicle build have been frustrating, although, as importantly, to date, the commitments from John and team have been made, AND continued to be confirmed in writing in accordance with the Stephens Auto commitment.
