I've had my vehicle here for several years issues, both minor and major. Recently, I had to have a full engine replacement due cylinder and piston damage, and I had a vehicle service contract to fight through to cover repairs. Both Donnie and Danielle jumped through hoops to get this huge, time consuming claims process as well as the actual repair to get this job and my vehicle to the finish line, advocating for their customer along the way. 10/10. On 4/28/2026 they called to tell me that I had a major exhaust leak and were outsourcing the repair to Quality Exhaust. The repair was complete and I was on my way that afternoon. It is now 6/12/2026, the weld that Quality Exhaust did on my suburban has failed and is back in a repair shop having the weld redone correctly. I called Steve & Stacy's and they basically just said sorry. I feel that because it is unreasonable for me to return to their shop to have the repair fixed, I should be offered a refund. they did give me the name and information for Quality Exhaust but thats all they had to offer me. Quality Exhaust was terrible to me when I called. I would not say that Steve & Stacy's are at fault for the weld failing however I made my payment to them, they should provide the refund and deal with the terrible owner at Quality Exhaust themselves.

This work was done on 4/28/2026. It is 6/12/2026 and the welds failed and the exhaust needs to be rewelded. When I called and spoke with them the gentleman who answered the phone said that he would repair it for free however I am many many miles away and that is unrealistic. He gave me the owners phone number. I called him and explained the situation. I asked for a refund on the repair, he then accused me of being rude and yelling at him, I did not do either of those things. He said that if I send him photos of the failed weld he would work with me as long as I am not rude. I was not rude in the first place and I was explaining to him in a very calm and even tone that I was not trying to be rude and was just explaining the situation to him, He hung up on me. I believe they knew I was an out of towner and didn't take the time and effort to do the repairs correctly or adequately. I do not recommend this business.

I had my car three months when someone backed into it in a store parking lot. I found Dedicated…read moreonline and due to all of the reviews I took my car there for repair. I gave them my car on November 11. They kept it for 35 days. I go to pick it up on December 16 and before I could even look it over Danny was only worried about me signing the insurance check and writing a Google review. He wanted me to do the Google review as I was standing there in front of him. I told him I would later. I walk out to look at my car and before I could even look it over he was out the door and closed up and gone. The body repair and paint looked fine, but I noticed the emblems that go on the back of the car were not on it. I got in it and when I put it in reverse there was a big blur spot on my backup camera. I contacted him by text the next morning. He said he would get the emblems and to bring my car in, that the smudge on my camera was likely buffing compound. Finally, on January 12 they put the emblems on and tried to buff the camera, but it did not help. They asked me to bring it back on a day that Danny was there, that he could probably make it clear. I go back at the specific time they gave me and Danny was not there as he was supposed to be and another worker tried again to buff it out. It still did not work. The worker tells me that it cannot be buffed out, they will have to get a new camera. I waited a week and on January 19 contacted him to see if the camera was in. He said he would check and get back to me. He never contacted me and on January 28 I asked again. He said still no camera. I asked again a few days later and he never bothered to answer me. On February 5 I asked him to please let me know and he told me I could bring it the next week and I told him I would be there on Monday the 9th. He told me he would work towards that, but they were behind and trying to catch up. Never a thought to the fact that I had been patient about them having my car for 35 days and was still trying to have my car repaired to the original condition for almost 3 months. It was agreed I would bring my car in on February 9 at 8:30. I get there and he asks if I am just dropping the car off because they do not have the camera yet and are hoping to get it by around noon. The lady in the office called to check on it while I was standing there and she told them on the phone that they had ordered it the week prior. They originally told me they were ordering it on January 12. This was three weeks to the day later. He never even bothered to order it until I kept asking about it. I suspect he hoped I would give up on it and they would not have to replace it. They damaged my camera while doing body repair and he did not want to make it right, but I was not giving up. It was a car less than 6 months old. So, I finally went back that afternoon at 3 and a nice older man was there to install it and it took less than 10 minutes for him to do. After 90 days my car was finally back to its original condition. This place did not make it easy or simple. The workers there I dealt with were fine. The owner, Danny, just did not want to own up to their mistake. It is interesting to note that after all that time and stress of trying to get him to repair my car he did not ask me to leave a review again for obvious reasons. So, beware in dealing with this business. If you do I hope you do not expect it to be timely.
