Later I went to empty the radiator and found he'd only put a half gal (it holds 3 gals). He DIDN'T TELL ME NOT TO DRIVE. He only told me it was still overheating. (How he figured that with only a half-gallon in the radiator I'll never understand). And I'd driven a few times because HE NEVER TOLD ME NOT TO. Then when I complained to Micah, his wife, it was obvious that he'd lied to her. They resorted to 2 big​ lies, then 'Well, He signed the release' after I'd requested my credit card company to step in. THEY'RE FINE AS LONG AS YOU CHECK THE WORK when he's finished and DON'T BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS! I have photos to prove my story but there's no room here for that.

Today, 1/26/24, the dealership said my 1 yr old battery ( with a 30 month replacement guarantee) was dead and needed replaced at a cost of over $300! I said "Don't do it". When talking with Harrell's, I asked to pick up a new one to take to dealership and, of course, return the old battery to them. That would have meant about an hour and 20 minute round trip for me. Harrell's said NO! They would be happy to take the new battery to Fayetteville FOR me and swap it out for me, within the hour! Wow! I was really impressed! I didn't expect that! I stopped in her after 5pm and not only did they help me with adding oil, they put it up in the lift to check for missing caps or oil leaks. They found none and let me know that the dealership likely didn't fill up my oil completely. They did this for me at closing time to help a 62 year old woman. Then after their speedy service, they didn't even charge me for anything! Bless the young woman mechanic named Maria was so caring and thorough. He had a car towed to his shop under the…read morepromise of helping with repairs, then later had it towed to an impound lot without any notice, forcing the owner to pay $500 to retrieve it. While the car was on his lot, someone attempted to break into it, causing additional damage and forcing the owner to file an insurance claim against his business. Despite multiple attempts to recover the money he agreed to pay back, he has now refused. Completely dishonest and unreliable--beware before trusting him with your vehicle.

I took my car in to get new wheel bearings installed, which the shop did in a fairly reasonable…read moreamount of time. They charged me around $420 which I guess is about right for the labor, but the problem is what happened after that. When they gave me my car back I started getting all these warning lights and basically everything with my braking system is not functioning now. I took the car back to them to see if they could figure out what happened and after about an hour wait with them looking around the car they just told me no, I needed to take it to a dealership because they don't know what's going on. So right now my anti-lock braking system, hill start assist, electronic parking brake, vehicle stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, brake hold system, and even, for some crazy reason, my power steering system lights are on. They gave me the vehicle back this way. With the braking system not working right. Again, I did take the vehicle back to them and tried to make them fix it, I talked to all three mechanics, I called them back again after I got home and after all that none of them could fix whatever they messed up. Do with that what you will, but I can't recommend this shop at all.
