Definitely not the service I expected, and easily enough, I found another local mechanic for me who resolved the problem within 30 minutes for less than $100. They also worked on my steering and it was worse than it was when I took it in. I have had the mower serviced at the Eastwood Station several times and had been satisfied with the work before. I don't know if they have changed staff or what the issue is but I would not take anything to them to work on again. Had I not checked the oil (took pictures to verify it had too much oil plus it was listed on work ticket) I may have done permanent damage to the mower. I drained the oil to the proper level today and have my fingers crossed that the mower is okay.

My driver went into the store to use facilities and while he was gone they towed my truck back to their yard and held it ransom. It was unbelievable! I held out trying to fight it and ended up paying storage fees so nine tires cost me $19,000. They are in with the sheriff in town so don't expect any help from them. These guys are con artist and terrible people. I still have lawyers going after them.

She has a dog in the lobby barking and jumping up while I was holding my dog. She doesn't control her dog. She says her dog doesnt like other dogs and he will bite her. I said so I cant wait inside she said no. I said where can I wait. She said "I dont know but you cant stay here". I went outside and waited in a gravel parking lot for a ride. She never came out to get the keys. I had to open the door and toss them in. She treated the shop as her home and not a place of business. she could have brought the dog behind the desk and i could have held mine. It would have solved the problem. They should expect customers to walk in and shouldn't allow a dog that bites loose in the lobby. Her attitude wasnt just rude but plain mean. These are the facts. You make your own decision.
