David worked hard on this truck it has paint issues but at 8' it looks great. we went over the "details" and anything I thought was missed. everything was taken care of. I think the "delivery time" was off because of how much was needed to do, so I'm not complaining. David is the new owner and wants to make the customer happy. I then pulled up through the gate to & got out to remove my car magnets & turn in my side-view mirrors.The attendant who was "directing me" onto the conveyor belts seemed to be annoyed that I was taking so long. I admit it was a hot day, but he was in the shade, and there was no line behind me. He wasn't helpful when I was trying to get my wheels onto the conveyor belts. Seriously, this person only had a few jobs to do & it was obvious that he didn't care about doing them correctly! Smitty's charges $5.00 to $16.00 more than any other drive-through car wash for a basic to premium wash. Gas station washes usually charge less than $8.00 to $12.00 per wash. Smitty's does none of those things mentioned below, except for a quick & inefficient brush of the front & rear bumpers before going through the automated wash. Misleading details such as the claims listed below are done by the car owner. Every independent car wash I've ever gone to has employees providing services such as vacuuming, cleaning the inside windows & wiping down the vehicle. Their slick & colorful flyer states the following is included in every wash: -High performance vacuums -Detailing air -Mat cleaner -Window cleaner -Drying towels This is the part where I have to admit I wasn't paying attention to the wording on the flyer. I thought that once I went through the automated wash, that there would be employees to vacuum, wipe down, dry, & clean the inside of my SUV. Technically the flyer is correct, but I wasn't the only one who was disappointed when I came to find out that I had to do all of the services myself. At least I didn't have to tip anyone! I'm so glad that I hadn't purchased a monthly package, since this car wash does nothing more than your average gas station drive-thru. Plus their "detailing hose" didn't even reach into my console area. The car wash is appealing looking from the outside, but that's really all it's got going for it...

My family moved to Tx in the winter. So we are just now experiencing the Tx spring/summer heat for…read morethe first time. Before we found Sonrise, even with the AC blaring in our car, it was still super hot in the car. And certainly when we first get in the car, all the touch points were scorching hot. Our toddler would be fussy and upset and complain constantly that her back was hot in the carseat. We searched for window tint companies and found Sonrise. We made a phone call and Steven was quick to answer. He thoroughly gave me an education on the different kinds of materials available and the pros to each material choice. He answered all my questions and concerns and was super accomodating to our schedule since we needed to tint two cars. On the day of the work, he showed us the different shades and explained what it would look like in the evening time with each tint darkness. He helped us pick out the right shade of tint for our cars. And even showed us how the front windshield they use a helpful visual. He tiend on a lught that imitated solar energy. And showed us a meter showing the read. And how with the front windshield tint they use it drastically lowers the solar energy allowed in the car. It's been 4 days since our windows and front and back windshields got tinted. We definitely experience a drastic difference in getting back in a parked car. It is way cooler. And my eyes arent hurting from too bright light anymore. Thank you Sonrise for taking such great care of us!!
