My family moved to Tx in the winter. So we are just now experiencing the Tx spring/summer heat for the first time. Before we found Sonrise, even with the AC blaring in our car, it was still super hot in the car. And certainly when we first get in the car, all the touch points were scorching hot. Our toddler would be fussy and upset and complain constantly that her back was hot in the carseat. We searched for window tint companies and found Sonrise. We made a phone call and Steven was quick to answer. He thoroughly gave me an education on the different kinds of materials available and the pros to each material choice. He answered all my questions and concerns and was super accomodating to our schedule since we needed to tint two cars. On the day of the work, he showed us the different shades and explained what it would look like in the evening time with each tint darkness. He helped us pick out the right shade of tint for our cars. And even showed us how the front windshield they use a helpful visual. He tiend on a lught that imitated solar energy. And showed us a meter showing the read. And how with the front windshield tint they use it drastically lowers the solar energy allowed in the car. It's been 4 days since our windows and front and back windshields got tinted. We definitely experience a drastic difference in getting back in a parked car. It is way cooler. I came to Sonrise because I had limo tint on my driver & front passenger windows and needed to change them for my inspection. The owner Steven, was ver knowledgeable with his work. I was referred to this company by the Management of the building in which I have newly rented offices. We have a wall of Windows facing directly West! At only 80 degrees, even with blinds and curtains the sun heated the lobby over 8 degrees over the rest of the suite! Steve was polite and informative and provided a sample of the tint that had been approved by management. His guys were fast (7 Windows and the door done in just over an hour) and personable. Lost one star because Steve was late to our first meeting and called the day the deposit check cleared to make appt for the job, same day. Impeccable customer service!! I wanted to purchase window tint as a Christmas gift for my husbands new car. I live in East Dallas where there are TONS of places! But none come close to the customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and warranties that they happily provide. Stephen replied to my inquiry literally within one minute. Stephen is a professional who is willing to explain as much as you want to understand about the process. He knows his business well and has the experience to back that up and he is very reasonable and understanding. In my opinion with Sonrise Window Tint one has the opportunity to make a well-informed decision versus a shop that is pushing what they want to push. I was able to get an unusual color nowadays (dark amber/bronze), that I had called two different shops for and they simply did not carry. Stephen made a special order and contacted the company to get me the specifications and warranty information as well as his opinion about the quality. I don't think it gets much better than this. My car has frameless window glass in the doors and the tint job that Stephen personally did is as good as it gets, to the very edge, giving it a factory look. He has always been available to answer my questions before the purchase and address my concerns in the after-sales in the most professional way that one could expect.
