I explained that the 4/28 offer was $100 better than the 5/4 offer, but the owner wouldn't honor the better 4/28 deal. As the saying goes, "The math ain't mathin'." I won't be back...And Carmel lost a loyal customer who regularly brought *three* cars to be washed at their facility!

My rims weren't wiped down, all kind of water spits all over the chrome where it hadn't been cleaned. They even broke part of my cup holder and hide the piece they broke under my seat. The carpet wasn't vacuumed good. I'll do it myself and go to the car wash in Royse city. I was ripped off!

Make sure to watch your bank statement very closely each month if you still choose to proceed with coming to this business. I called the phone number listed on their website, but a voicemail automatically comes on saying that they are busy and if you need help to send them an email I emailed them and I'm currently waiting on a response. He went above and beyond and helped me remove some scratches off my truck. Both David and Peter were great to work with. Peter even removed a dent in my Husbands truck when we picked up my truck. Even so I tried to tip in $20 extra for the trouble he refused to take it and then he went around my car and for free took out every car being in both of my doors I thought that was so kind and I was so impressed that I didn't have to leave my car for a couple of days or feel ripped off by body mechanics who usually want to charge a female 3 to $500 for any kind of damage to their car. Confusing process: The drive-in car wash requires you to pay at a cashier around the corner from the entrance with a gate. I've never seen a setup like this it seems like a waste of real estate which could be more parking for the store next store or maybe WORKING vacuums. Usually payment is quick and convenient at the entrance, either via a booth attendant or a handheld POS brought to your vehicle. This setup felt unnecessarily complicated. Poor business plan. 2. I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine.
