Liquid Luster is a mobile detailing service. It took two guys a little under two hours to clean, clay bar and wax my car as well as detail the interior. The buttons on my steering wheel and my radio got so soaked during cleaning that it messed up my radio and Bluetooth and it was broken for several days. I notified Joseph immediately and he owned up and apologized, letting me know he would take care of the issue and have a mechanic come out and take a look. I sent him several videos of the radio and Bluetooth glitching and after telling me he needed to come out to try to vacuum the moisture out, he started ignoring my texts.
