Do not come here if you want a regular car wash. You will wait for an insane amount of time. I just wanted a basic car wash, and waited about and hour and a half, and it's hard to leave the line once you've committed. They don't have a way of separating the express wash from the lengthier ones, so you are stuck behind everyone getting a full experience wash. The place is definitely designed for individuals wanting a more extensive car wash experience- and maybe my opinion would be different if that's what I elected to do. It's not efficient for those of us wanting a quick wash. Will not be returning, as I value my time more than the price. Do not come here. I used to come to this car wash all the time, but after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. My car was left running with the doors open for over 30 minutes, and after waiting more than an hour, I approached one of the employees because vehicles that arrived after mine were already being serviced. Instead of offering an explanation or apology, I was told, "Yeah, you're going to be waiting a while." At that point, I took my car and left without receiving the service. My wife has used Buckeye over the years, this was my 1st experience. Sad to say I was not impressed with the interior cleaning. Truth be i guess it was ONLY what the website says it would be... a wipe down. If the cleaning cloth didnt get it, it stayed, Guess will have to get a full detail. Interior guy was still at it for close to 90 minutes but was by himself when all other cars had 2 techs on them. We had no rubber mats to clean, no carpet mats to clean . The carpet was well vacuumed and windows were nicely cleaned. All else seemed to be as My grandfather used to say , gave it a lick and a promise. promise to do better next time. I did not really look at the exterior very close as the interior was what my wife was most wanting cleaned. The wash is good for a car, but not a truck. The side view mirrors always get pushed in and it doesn't clean the tailgate or the roof. I called to cancel since December, and they haven't cancelled it. Went in person twice to try to cancel and nothing. This is about the closest you'll get to a full hand car wash in Columbus. It's located off Kenny Road and is pretty easy to get into if you're heading south on Kenny. You'll stop first at the vacuum station and select which wash package you want unless you just want their exterior only wash in which case you can drive right up to the tunnel (I think). Don't expect too much in terms of customer service from the outside workers. They'll usually just hold out a plastic card with the wash choices on it and stare blankly until you choose. I'm not sure why they don't have a large menu board like at other washes. They have various packages depending on how much you want done to the exterior or interior. Their top package is about $32. They do have detail services which require pre-arrangement. You'll leave your keys and go inside while your car is vacuumed and driven up to the wash tunnel. They do some hand washing before the car goes into the tunnel, but there are still brushes and bristles inside the tunnel, so you can expect fine scratches in the clear coat finish. It just can't be helped unless it's 100% hand washed. They have large windows where you can watch the cars go through the tunnel, but unfortunately most of the windows are coated with grime or haze resulting in a rather poor view. The cashier inside is always very welcoming and friendly. They have a small inside and outside waiting area with WiFi (spotty) and charging plugs (inside). Afterwards the car will be driven out and hand dried and finished and the interior worked on (depending on which package you bought). It can be a bit hit or miss at this point depending on how thorough your finisher is. ' Overall, they have tended to do a fairly decent job. And, they are the only game in town I know of that at least offers some of a hand car wash. read more

Excellent work. Your vehicle goes thru a wash and employees hand dry. They clean the inside, including windows and apolstery. Take out mats, clean then return to vehicle. Great work and very reasonably priced. Will be returning when we need special care for our vehicle in the future. Good group of guys - but they've gotta slow down and pay attention to detail. I got the "VIP" package - but yet still crumbs/debri in door jams and carpet. Rear view mirror didn't get wiped down, side view mirrors still have water spots in them, cup holders still dirty. I'm certain they'd do a better job if they slowed down and paid attention to detail instead of how fast and how many car washes they can do. read more

Pulled in line, just barely off the road. I've seen lines like that in the past, and they usually open a second lane, so I decided to stay. I got online with my phone and started to get caught up on personal matters. Before I knew it, 45 minutes had passed and I was still five cars back (they never opened the second lane). I got out of my car and walked around noting that they had about SIX people working there. At that point, I didn't want to go back another day, so I stayed in line. ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES LATER, THEY WERE DONE. I know it's hard to find people who want to work, but they have a real problem. Of the handful that were there, only two were really working, the others were moving like molasses in January... I will NEVER do that again. And on top of everything, with tip, it cost me $50.......NEVER AGAIN. read more

This is a full service tunnel car wash. Please note it is not a touch-less or hand car wash (if anyone knows of one of these in Colombus please let me know!). Thus it comes with all the risks of a car wash with brushes, etc. You will likely get fine scratches in your car's clear coat finish. These will be noticeable in certain lighting conditions, but I think will not be super concerning unless you pay very close attention to your car's finish or show your car in car shows. Full service means they vacuum your interior before the wash and then finish it by hand after with a detailed hand drying and inside cleaning. The extensiveness depends on which wash you buy (see menu photos). You can also get just an express exterior wash which doesn't include such things. The staff at the drop off/vacuum spot are people of few words. They don't say "hi!" or "welcome in!" but rather show you a plastic card with the wash options (not sure why they don't have a large menu sign as other washes do) and then nod at you when you make your choice. They give you a slip you take inside to pay. Your car is vacuumed, and they drive it to the wash tunnel. One gentleman was smoking a cigarette while he sprayed down the cars. So overall these folks were not terribly professional or friendly. You can watch through large windows as your car goes through the tunnel wash. The gentleman inside at the cash register is always very friendly and professional and helpful. He remembered me though I'd only been there once before. I wish they had a loyalty program or punch card as other washes do. If they do they don't advertise it. They have a variety of detail packages available too (see photo). I got the $23 package, and they did a pretty good job cleaning the interior and exterior and doing the hand finishing. It's customary to tip if you're happy with it. Overall my two experiences here have been pretty good. They do seem (based on Yelp) to be one of the better choices in the city. It doesn't compare to washes I have been to in other cities that are truly a hand wash which is better for the car's finish. They do seem to be thorough. The vacuum staff could be friendlier and more professional, and if they had a customer loyalty program that would be great. read more

I will never do business with this location again they make it almost ridiculously difficult to get in especially today and then there are spurts of time when they do vacuum or they don't do vacuum very big lack of consistency for marginal quality not really a nice break area it's a shame because the location is perfect left for the services I need it done today they weren't even able to do all the services today put me in a difficult situation this is a new ownership so I'm surprised you're not up in the game. I've used the $23.99 service that covers the console and dash. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because both times I've driven away, I've noticed super obvious things that weren't cleaned. Not what I was expecting after reading their write up for the VIP service -- I thought my car would look newer, but there were spots missed. Granted the car did have some in grime that had been there a while. But then again, as I look around the car there are some clean spots and then others that seem to have been completely missed (between driver seat and center console, steering wheel, the seat belt buckles holder in second row seats, etch) Aside from the comments above, I did like the place and the guy behind the counter was warm and pleasant. Now, if it has been a while (read never) since the car was last detailed and you are looking to sell it or want the "new car" look/feel. I would say check out their other retailing options (I didn't know there were available until I was inside the shop since this "secret" menu is not on their website and requires tlhateave you leave your car overnight - I'll post a photo) If however you have been keeping up with more detailed inside/outside cleaning + detailing on your car, I would totally recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable come and go wash/light detail that covers the basis and then some. Keep in mind that if you come in for the VIP wash, which cost me $50. First time here and honestly my last. The employees aren't very personable and really quite rude ( Finisher was alright, but the white guy vacuuming was RUDE). For $35 you should get better service and they don't even offer fresheners at this price. The lack of detail also in cleaning is missing. Maybe I'm a little critical since I worked my teens and my college years at a full service car wash. But with any service industry job you have to have detail and be friendly. I'll keep going to MOO MOO. At least they are friendly and I feel their washes are superior. So basically for $35 PLUS $11 in tips for the back and front guys which is $46 bucks you absolutely don't get the detail and service you deserve. Save your money and go to MOO MOO or GOO GOO. First of all, let me say that the service is an excellent value. The problem is that their unpredictability is absolutely maddening. They often close early, and other times they will only be cleaning exteriors. Twice I've driven there at 4 PM to find them closed, and yesterday I took my car in there was a sign saying "exteriors only". I finally got smart and called today, to find that again, they are only doing exterior washes. I live in a different part of town, so all of this is been extremely frustrating. However, if you get them on a good day, They are super friendly and do a hell of a good job on your car! Once again, they're "short handed" and can't do my floor mats. Hello, I came to the car wash today to get the inside of my vehicle vacuumed and w03: down really good. I called before i came and spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Debbie. I explained to her that i was just looking to get the inside of my car cleaned and not a wash since it was going to rain the rest of the week welcomed me in advising that would be fine and it was very slow. I arrived and a two gentle one name Rick advised me that in order for me to get one service (inside of my car cleaned & vacuumed) i had to pay to get a car wash as well. As mentioned before it make Zero sense to my car washed since it was raining it states that he could not perform one service without me paying for both. I then asked if i could get my seats cleaned and they advised i could not it was only two of them and i needed to make an appointment- there was no one there but me getting my car cleaned. I was very upset considering i was denied services that i was willing to pay for. It seemed like the gentleman working at the time were Very lazy - this was very disappointing. He stated some cars are dirtier than others but assured me I would be moved through the exterior wash line quickly. Not impressed. They really do kind of a shoddy job and definitely don't go for anything beyond the $18.00 package. I paid for the next step up "ultimate". They were supposed to wipe down the center console. My wife was breaking out wet wipes to finish the job on the drive home, plus they didn't touch the cup holders. Biggest beef, they don't vacuum the trunk. I did a similar place in Clearwater FL and for $20 the WHOLE car was vacuumed, every surface was wiped and cleaned and they put a scent in the car. I have taken my fiance's truck here several times since owning it and they always do a fantastic job. I work but very far from their location, so any chance I get o bring his truck or my car for a wash. I love the full service option. They are generally pretty quick even when they are busy. Granted you have to wait for a bit if you've chosen the full service option, but by no means is it forever.
