I don't have a lot of money, so I source my own parts a lot of the time. All the money they make from me is mostly labor. Still, they treat me well and understand my situation. Have never felt ripped off and have never been aggressively upsold additional work. I had to come back the next day for alignment because I had to pick up my kids from school, but I explained to one of the staff that I needed to get out early enough to do so. The staff member got me out in plenty of time and scheduled me the next day for alignment (so they are willing to work around YOUR schedule when they can). They will also pick up your vehicle for free (within a certain distance) to work on it if you can't come to them. I definitely recommend them!

John would likely classify me as a Bronco "Super Fan." As such, I am actively involved in most of these in person and online groups and forums. Many members of these communities (and possibly competing dealers) openly trolled my posts, saying that Stephens Auto Center was "over committing" and I would likley see my order in the year 2022+! While the true test will be in the final delivery, corresponding pricing, and the commitment of "no surprises", to date, John has responded in all of my detailed questions with a sense of urgency and corresponding level of detail.
