I wanted the truck for work specifically. The first week i had it, it was overheating. I called the dealership and without hesitation they took the truck inn, inspected it and fixed the issue. The motor mounts and both control arms are shot, I was quoted $2-3k (or more) just to make it safe to drive. Honestly, I probably wouldn't even be leaving this review if Ted had handled this situation professionally. But when I called for help, he yelled, "It's your problem now," and refused to do anything. He even admitted his mechanic had worked on the car before selling it, yet still wouldn't help, trade, or offer any solution. If ted is a man of God he would do the right thing. I completely understand that used cars can have issues, but this isn't a minor problem, it's dangerous, and the car was already overpriced. The lack of honesty, empathy, and basic professionalism is shocking. If you value safety and respect, stay far away from this place.It's disappointing to see this kind of response instead of accountability. The truth is the car I purchased from you turned out to be a lemon. It's also clear YOUR mechanic Fernando wasn't interested in providing an honest evaluation, makes me believe he's in cahoots with you. I visited the next day and after a test drive where he patiently let me go on the 710 and 405 freeways to test the vehicle, I bought it for exactly the price he quoted. He is a man of his word. Note - if you are looking for a video of the vehicle or the CarFax, I found the information spread out on their Facebook page (the video) and their Offer Up page (the CarFax report). Ted told me he did the rear brakes. When I took it to my mechanic for a reconditioning -- doing maintenance and replacing items on a high mileage vehicle -- my mechanic said the rear brakes were done, just like Ted said.
