They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. I didn't like the numbers, so they said they would "see what they could do." My parents and I then sat there waiting... and waiting... for about 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the dealership, and during that time, I could clearly see Mohammed and the other employee in the office talking and laughing, completely ignoring us. Eventually, we got up and left. What's even more surprising is that we walked right past them on the way out, and they didn't even acknowledge us or realize we were leaving.
