From the moment I met him, he was friendly, genuine, and incredibly easy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no games, and no nonsense. Instead, Everett took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked diligently with his manager to help me secure the best deal possible.
What stood out most was his character. He was kind, patient, positive, and truly seemed invested in helping me make the right decision rather than simply making a sale. He made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and surprisingly enjoyable.
As we talked, I also appreciated learning that he is a fellow Christian. Our conversations about faith reinforced what I had already observed--that he is a man of integrity who genuinely cares about people and treats them with respect.
What impressed me even more was his dedication to customer service. Even after his shift had ended, Everett stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. Rather than handing me off and heading home, he waited until I finished the financing process, personally handed me the keys, and took the time to go over the vehicle with me once again to make sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. That level of commitment and professionalism is rare these days and did not go unnoticed.
In today's world, it's uncommon to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, integrity, and genuine kindness the way Everett does. He is, without question, one of the best sales professionals I have ever worked with. More importantly, he's simply a good human being.
If you're considering buying a Toyota, I highly recommend asking for Everett. He made what is typically a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Thank you, Everett, for your outstanding service, your positive attitude, and for going above and beyond every step of the way.
